The party gathers the crew after four months from the events on Galta, and Doctor Professor Fios has a new task for our crew.

Tasked to retrieve two artifacts. One artifact is a source of energy strong enough to power the second artifact, a communication device used to fully understand the Entity that is starting to tear apart the Voltari System.

The party gathers some supplies before leaving K3, also meeting a mysterious Urrian mercenary named Pritikki, who joins the crew without question. After shopping for supplies, and a few questions for Pritikki, the party embarks with new pilots, a Soltarian (anthro) Otter named Michelle, known as Eddie, and her copilot Mystie, a Soltarian Mouse.

A quick jump through the Lagrange Point, using the jump drive to the Voltari system the party arrives, entering the desert planet as their first stop for the first artifact. The desert planet of Maqam...where the first artifact is, and the crew's mission to find a key member of Maqam, in the town of Durak. The person they are looking for is Farris Hicazkar.

Entering Maqam, Faraday starts to see pieces of his past that he had once left, causing a bit of distress, and asking the party to not mention his name. Upon meeting Durak's leader, Osiris a Soltarian Hawk. The crew learning that the search for Farris Hicazkar will be difficult, considering he was banished to the desert two years prior. After a short meeting with Osiris, Faraday explains that he had said Farris couldnt have been banished to the desert, as he is buried in a graveyard nearby. And so, the search for Farris Hicazkar begins.
