Episodio 1: “Stare insieme fa bene”

In questo primo episodio, condotto da Luca Esposito e dal CEO del CO.AS.IT. Marco Fedi, affronteremo una tematica delicata: l’isolamento sociale.

Sin dalla sua fondazione nel 1968, il CO.AS.IT. ha offerto soluzioni concrete per favorire l’aggregazione sociale a tutte le età, attraverso i tanti servizi messi a disposizione della comunità.

Ascolteremo in particolare le testimonianze dell’ospite della puntata, Maria Metelli, manager del Social Support Group Program, insieme alle voci degli operatori e dei clienti dei servizi Aged Care, sia dal nuovo centro inaugurato a Niddrie che da quello di Rosanna.

Inoltre, una breve intervista con Moses Tan, artista e docente malese, che presenta la mostra Viaggio Italiano al CO.AS.IT., frutto dei suoi viaggi in Italia. L’esposizione raccoglie fotografie e disegni che offrono una nuova prospettiva, più intima e personale, sull’Italia. La mostra sarà visitabile fino al 25 settembre.

Crossroads – Crocevia della comunità

Episode 1: “Being Together is Good for You”

In this first episode, hosted by Luca Esposito and CO.AS.IT. CEO Marco Fedi, we will address a sensitive topic: social isolation.

Since its foundation in 1968, CO.AS.IT. has continued to provide concrete solutions to promote social connection across all ages, through the many services it offers to the community.

We will hear the testimony of our special guest, Maria Metelli, Social Support Group Program Manager, as well as the voices of staff and clients from the Aged Care services at both the newly inaugurated Niddrie Centre and the Rosanna Centre.

The episode also features a short interview with Malaysian artist and lecturer Moses Tan, who presents Viaggio Italiano at CO.AS.IT., an exhibition inspired by his travels through Italy. The collection includes photographs and drawings that offer a new, more intimate perspective on the country. The exhibition runs until 25 September.
