  • 🌻 When It Feels Like You’re Going Backwards (But You’re Not)
    2026/04/09

🌻 This episode is a little more real… a little less polished… and rooted in something I’ve been sitting with lately.

There’s this moment that can happen in growth—where things feel aligned, steady, even lighter… and then something shifts. A trigger, a reaction, a hard night… and suddenly it feels like you’ve gone backwards.

    I experienced that recently.

After weeks of feeling more grounded, less stressed, and finally sleeping through the night again… I had one night where everything came rushing back. The thoughts, the rumination, the emotional weight.

And in that moment, it would have been easy to believe that nothing had changed.

    But something had.

In this episode, I talk about what that experience showed me—not just as a therapist, but as a human being navigating the same ups and downs we all face.

Because the truth is… therapists don’t have it all figured out.

    We still get triggered.

    We still have hard moments.

We’re still doing the work, too.

The difference isn’t in avoiding struggle—it’s in how we show up for ourselves within it.

If you’ve ever felt like you’ve taken a step backwards…

    if you’ve questioned your progress…

if you’ve had a moment that made you wonder if anything is actually changing…

    this episode is for you.

You’re not back at the beginning.

Sometimes… growth just looks different than we expect.

    Pause.

    Breathe.

    And meet yourself there.

  • 🌻 Project Reset (Part 2): Slowing Down, Letting Go, and Coming Back to Yourself
    2026/04/07

🌻 This episode is a continuation of Project Reset… but not in the way you might expect.

A couple weeks in, I’m starting to notice something I didn’t anticipate — this isn’t really about changing what I’m doing… it’s about changing how I’m being.

In this episode, I share what it’s been like to slow down, to listen more closely to myself, and to step out of survival mode in small, meaningful ways.

We talk about nervous system shifts, subtle changes that don’t always look like progress on the outside, and the quiet power of choosing differently — moment by moment.

And maybe most importantly… we talk about permission.

Permission to move at your own pace.

Permission to not have it all figured out.

Permission to choose what feels right for you… even when it doesn’t make sense to anyone else.

If you’re in a season of change, or even just questioning… this one is for you.

  • 🌻 Project Reset: A Season of Change
    2026/03/30

🌻 This episode is a little different.

It’s not as structured. Not as scripted.

It’s real, reflective, and straight from the heart.

In this episode, I share what I’ve been personally navigating—a season of change that I’ve come to call Project Reset.

A space where I’m reconnecting with myself, leaning back into what matters, and intentionally choosing how I want to show up in my life.

    We talk about:

    • Finding gratitude in life’s challenges

    • Reconnecting with your strength and resilience

    • What it really means to be in a “season of change”

    • The power of small, intentional choices

    • And just how much life can shift in a year

If you’re in a place that feels uncertain, uncomfortable, or heavy right now… I want you to know you’re not alone.

Growth comes with growing pains—but it’s also where everything begins to shift.

So take a breath, slow it down when you can… and maybe let this be your reminder:

You are allowed to choose yourself.

  • 🌻 The Strengths We Mistake for Weaknesses
    2026/03/14

🌻 In this episode of Soul Spot Mindful Moments, Michelle explores a quiet but powerful belief many of us carry: that parts of who we are are somehow weaknesses.

Maybe you’ve been told you’re too sensitive.

    Too emotional.

    Too intense.

    Too thoughtful.

    Too much.

But what if those qualities aren’t flaws at all?

In this Real Talk episode, Michelle reflects on how many of the traits we try to hide are actually the very things that make us compassionate, perceptive, resilient, and deeply human.

This conversation invites you to look at yourself through a different lens — one that recognizes that what the world may have labeled as “too much” might actually be your greatest strength.

If you’ve ever felt like parts of who you are needed to be fixed or softened to fit in, this episode is for you.

You might discover that the very things you questioned about yourself are the things that make you extraordinary.

    Pause. Breathe. Be.

  • 🌻 The Quiet Power of Your Habits: Small Shifts That Change Everything
    2026/03/14

🌻 In this episode of Soul Spot Mindful Moments, Michelle explores the quiet but powerful role that habits play in shaping our lives.

So often we wait for motivation or dramatic turning points to create change. But in reality, the direction of our lives is often influenced by the small patterns we repeat every day.

In this reflective episode, Michelle shares why our mindset acts as a lens through which we see the world, how motivation often follows action rather than the other way around, and why the question of who we are becoming may be more important than the goals we set.

You’ll also hear why the phrase “how you do anything is how you do everything” carries so much meaning when it comes to personal growth, and how even the smallest shifts in thinking and behavior can begin to move us toward meaningful progress.

This episode is an invitation to pause, reflect, and consider the small habits that are quietly shaping your life.

Because sometimes the smallest changes are the ones that lead us toward the most meaningful transformation.

Take a breath, slow down, and remember:

you can be a work in progress and a masterpiece at the same time.

  • 🌻 The 5% Rule: Small Shifts That Change Everything
    2026/03/11

🌻 What if you didn’t have to change your whole life to feel better?

In this episode of Soulful Mindful Moments, Michelle explores the idea of the 5% rule — the small shifts that can quietly transform the way we move through our days.

Instead of overwhelming ourselves with impossible expectations, what if we simply allowed ourselves to give five percent more care, attention, and presence to our own lives?

Through gentle reflection and a short guided pause, this episode invites you to step out of autopilot, reconnect with yourself, and remember that even the smallest moments of care matter.

Because sometimes meaningful change doesn’t come from doing more — it comes from doing just a little differently.

This week, find your five percent.

  • 🌻 When Disappointment Triggers the Nervous System
    2026/03/06

🌻 Sometimes disappointment doesn’t just hurt — it activates the nervous system.

When something meaningful doesn’t unfold the way we hoped, our minds can begin racing. We analyze, replay conversations, search for answers, and try to fix everything all at once in an effort to restore certainty.

This episode is a reminder that understanding the nervous system doesn’t make us immune to being human — it simply helps us respond with more awareness and kindness when life doesn’t go as planned.

If you’ve ever found yourself overthinking, searching for answers, or trying to regain control after something didn’t go the way you hoped, this conversation is for you.

    Take a breath.

    And remember…

    Be gentle with yourself.
