You always have choices and throughout your journey there are constant choices to be made. If you focus on negative you'll get more negative, so don't be surprised. However, if you focus on more positive and be in an energy and frequency of goodness, grateful, love, happiness then you'll receive more positive things showing up in your life.

Saying that, we all experience highs and lows, have lessons to learn, get obstacles etc - but with doing the inner mindset work and reframing everything properly and positively, you'll be able to navigate the season you're in so much better.

Acknowledge yourself and how far you've come, all your achievements and accomplishments. Cheer yourself on and give yourself a pat on the back and a high five, instead of just saying "yey!" and then jumping onto the next thing.

Do a life audit, reflect and see your past, be in gratitude for your present and plan for the future but do bring it back to the present moment you're in. You can't live in the past or future.

It's all about mindset.
