Being in the present moment is the only thing we have. The Now is where everything lives.

Many clients of mine and connections, family and friends that I have observed over the years have been overwhelmed by their life, schedules, appointments etc and my advice has always been to slow the timeline down and don't fast-track.

It creates anxiety, stress and much more - which is not good for the body or mind or soul.

Time is not you where you are right now in the current moment walking towards this destiny with the gates ahead. Your destiny is death - real and raw right there and it's reality.

So, how about looking at time as a big desert or ocean (vast, expansive and never-ending)? Much more positive right?

Imagine every version of you is playing on the beach with the ocean infront of you - the toddler version who is building sandcastles, the teenager sunbathing listening to music, all up until you in the current age you are now. They all exist at the same time - in your head and on photos (if you have any).

Time is man-made and linear. It's an illusion and everything is beneficial for you. Your Inner Mindset Work and rewiring of your brain is going to help to support your journey hereonin. So, grasp it with both hands and do the work needed. You'll love doing it as I love teaching it on my website through the offerings I have.
