  • The Power of Trusting Your Inner Voice with Dr. Carol Phillips
    2025/07/13

Healing often begins with listening—not just to your body, but to the quiet guidance within. Dr. Carol Phillips shares a life shaped by intuition, faith, and a deep calling to help others heal. From working with newborns to supporting adults in releasing stored trauma, her journey blends science and spirituality into a practice that empowers others to trust their own inner wisdom. Her stories remind us that when we surrender control and allow space for energy, connection, and faith, profound transformation can unfold in ways we never imagined.

    Key Takeaways:

    • Trusting your intuition creates space for deeper healing and alignment in your life.

    • The body holds memories of physical and emotional trauma, and releasing them can restore balance.

    • Healing happens most powerfully when practitioners act as guides, not controllers.

    • Even newborns benefit from gentle, energy-based care to support healthy development.

    • Surrendering to your own healing journey allows unexpected wisdom and guidance to surface.

    About Dr. Carol Phillips:

Through the art of storytelling, in Pursuit of Destiny, Dr. Carol Phillips shares many miraculous events that she witnessed throughout her career. Introducing readers to the incredible world of chiropractic care and craniosacral therapy, she also explores the mysterious aspects of entering the world of spirit, which may happen when a provider becomes a clear and open conduit allowing a person's higher power to communicate.

Born vaginally as a footling breech baby, Dr. Carol suffered from chronic migraines, complicated pregnancies, and chronic back pain that resulted in a full hysterectomy in her late twenties. Carol was introduced to chiropractic care after her first daughter endured a supposedly incurable condition for the first six years of her life. After watching her daughter's miraculous recovery, Carol began her own journey to find relief for her chronic health issues. After receiving an Associate of Applied Science degree, Bachelor of Art degree, and Doctor of Chiropractic degree, she went on to become a specialist in pediatric and maternal chiropractic and craniosacral therapy.

Dr. Carol has shared her accumulated knowledge with thousands of people around the world for more than three decades. Her Dynamic Body Balancing (DBB) workshops are open to anyone interested in helping others in their personal healing journeys.

  • The Shift After Impact: Dr. Michelle Robin’s Healing Journey Begins Part 2
    2025/07/06

Your story has power—but only if you take the time to own it. Dr. Michelle Robin reflects on the decade since her life-altering bike accident, sharing how the real healing happened not just in her body, but in her mindset, her purpose, and her ability to receive. This part of the journey is about slowing down, listening deeper, and choosing to see the experience as something that happened for her, not to her. With honesty and heart, she invites us to ask better questions, embrace our own medicine, and build rhythms of well-being that support us when life shifts unexpectedly.

    Key Takeaways:

    • Writing your wellness story can reveal patterns, healing gaps, and insights that support future growth.

    • Empathy deepens when you've personally experienced pain, and that shift can transform how you show up for others.

    • Learning to receive—help, support, love—is a skill that strengthens your ability to heal.

    • Comparing your gifts to others only dims your light; your unique “medicine” is exactly what the world needs.

    • Hope is the missing ingredient in many wellness journeys—find it, cultivate it, and protect it.

  • The Shift After Impact: Dr. Michelle Robin’s Healing Journey Begins Part 1
    2025/06/29

Sometimes your greatest shift starts with a moment you never saw coming. Ten years after her bike accident, Dr. Michelle Robin reflects on how that day cracked her wide open—not just physically, but spiritually, emotionally, and professionally. With honesty and grace, she shares how building a foundation of wellness long before the accident became the anchor that supported her healing. This isn’t just a story about recovery—it’s a powerful reminder to know who you are outside your role, to listen when your body speaks, and to surround yourself with a community that lifts you when you can’t stand on your own.

    Key Takeaways:

    • Consistent wellness habits before a crisis can dramatically influence your ability to heal and recover.

    • Building your support system before you need it makes all the difference in times of uncertainty.

    • Your identity must extend beyond your profession—especially when life forces you to pause.

    • Stillness can be a powerful teacher when you're used to living in motion.

    • Letting go of control and trusting the healing process can open doors to deeper spiritual and emotional growth.
