このコンテンツについて
In these shorter Side Mirror episodes, I introduce concepts, tools, and experts that help you enable Fulfilling Performance for yourself and the people you lead and care about.
This Side Mirror explores what might be holding you back from bringing your full value to the role you already have. Inspired by a deliberately provocative question I once asked from the stage—“Are you earning more than you’re worth?”—I reflect on how fear, organisational structure, and even our own unconscious biases can prevent us from acting with the autonomy our roles actually afford. I’ll challenge you to consider where you might be clipping your own wings and how to lean in and lead with more intention, creativity, and ownership.
