  • As leaders we tend to focus on WHO we are leading. I am suggesting that we start by focusing on WHAT we are leading. I call it leading the things you can control. Luke 16:10 says “Whoever can be trusted with VERY LITTLE can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with VERY LITTLE will also be dishonest with much.” The “VERY LITTLE” are the things we can control.
