The next shadow work journal prompt is going to be about Love. I was actually going to use a different word, but feel that love is the most appropriate word for us. We have the full moon in Taurus, and Venus rules this sign. This eclipse cycle is ruled by Venus, the planet of beauty, love (including self-love), value, and creation.

There are a lot of charged emotions that this word connects us to. This is another word that has so many meanings and connotations. It is a word that varies in definition from one person to the next. It is as unique as you are.

What first comes up for you when you hear the word Love? What things do you love out in this world? How do you apply this world to yourself? What about you do you love? How does it feel to apply this word to yourself? Maybe it comes easily and naturally to you, or maybe it feels foreign to really put those ideas together. Sit in this moment, whatever that is, and let it be. How can you start to use the word love and self-love in your everyday life that feels authentic to you? Love and the expression of love come in many forms and can mean many different things. Take this opportunity to sit with and reflect on the thoughts that come up for you.
