    Tonight is a solo, free-riffed episode with no notes, because some stories can't be scripted. I trace the real throughline of my life: growing up sovereign and self-named, homeschooled and obsessed with learning, taught consent as a young child by my mother in a way that let me use my voice when it mattered most. I talk about a health crisis that started at 12 years old and forced me into an intense, early relationship with my own body, boundaries, and consent, long before I ever called myself a coach.

    I talk about losing my mother young, a one-way ticket to Thailand, silent meditation retreats, and the training at Agama Yoga in Koh Phangan that cracked open my understanding of tantra, embodiment, and sacred sexuality. I talk about Burning Man, an abusive relationship that took my sovereignty and nearly broke me, and the exact moment that pain turned into the decision to get trained and become the coach I needed back then.

    Then I break down, plainly, what an intimacy and erotic intelligence coach actually does. Not touch. Not demonstration. Not therapy. I work with the patterns underneath a couple's or an individual's intimacy, the nervous system, the communication, the desire that's never been said out loud, and I help people become owners of their erotic energy instead of slaves to it.
