In this episode we continue our discussion of a person’s Triple Constitution by examining our third hypostases – the Spirit or Mind. The activity of Mind or Spirit is generally easier to distinguish than that of the Emotional nature or Soul, but again we often have only a vague understanding of the Spirit’s true place and role in the correct functioning of our being. This podcast clarifies some of these issues and show how the Spirit can act to bring about greater balance in our lives.
