    In this Yoga Nidra practice, you are gently guided through a series of relaxation techniques designed to soothe your nervous system and rejuvenate your body and mind.

    The session invites you to lie down or sit comfortably, focus on your breath, and bring awareness to different parts of your body. Through visualisation and mindful breathing, you'll be led into a state of deep calm and peace.

    This practice aims to help you release tension, promote relaxation, and renew your energy. Perfect for taking a moment for yourself!
