  • Sell Wine To Joi - St Tryphon - Silouan Bradford
    2026/03/18

Joi Sanders hosts “Sell Wine to Joi” in Boerne, Texas featuring Silouan Bradford from St. Tryphon Vineyards.

They taste three wines: the 2023 barrel-fermented Albarino Cuvée Clarence (named for Sil’s late father), the 2021 Triptych red blend (Merlot, Mourvèdre, and Tannat), and a 2021 100% Cabernet Franc selected by Texas Monthly as one of the Top 12 Texas wines.

Sil explains differences between new and neutral oak, partial malolactic fermentation, St. Tryphon’s European-leaning minimal-intervention approach, and wild fermentation on red wines, plus the winery’s commitment to 100% Texas fruit. They discuss flavor notes, food pairings, and the origin of the St. Tryphon name, and share directions to the tasting room in Sisterdale.
