• 010: Toxic & "Performative" Self-Help
    2021/10/18
I did a juice cleanse for 3 days and then realised, why am I doing this? At times, self-help sells us the disease and the cure. It makes us feel inadequate and overcomplicates our lives. We're not broken, we're human. We will be imperfect and messy, but that doesn't always mean we have to put ourselves through EVERY "guru's" way to living your best life.

  • 009: Age isn't an excuse for your behaviour.
    2021/10/04
Self-justification, which is where we use age at times, is below consciousness. I'm discussing where it is ok, its ok to make mistakes, but where exactly does it turn into avoidance!? Let's discuss.

  • 003: *Trending Series* Breaking down 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' by Robert Kiyosaki
    2021/07/12
The truth is, today you don't have to go to work for someone else and join the rat race to make money. Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" is an exemplar book on this statement. It's a motivational book where Kiyosaki debunks and demeans the traditional attitudes to money through working harder to get a better job to be able to save money. From this, this episode extrapolates that financial Intelligence is pretty critical for any individual, given we don't learn about it in school. In summation, read the damn book if you haven't already. This book is gold.
