Marianne, a seasoned yogi, personal trainer, and certified life coach, has devoted over a decade to uplifting others through the mind and body. Starting her journey in Australia and New Zealand by creating fitness boot camps, her mission for deeper personal growth led her to Mysore, India. There, Marianne immersed herself in her asana yoga practice, accumulating over 900 hours in teacher-training courses and specialising in Ashtanga yoga. Off the mat, Marianne dedicated her evenings to meditation practices in Sri Ramakrishna Ashrama. Soon to be based in Dubai, Marianne continues to teach yoga with her creation of FIT FLOW™ YOGA, blending flexibility, core strength, and endurance, as well as guiding people in life coaching, focusing on overcoming limiting beliefs and embracing the power of our mind.
