Even yoga teachers can agree to disagree on some topics :) Bénédicte discovered yoga in 2013 while she was pregnant with her son. Since then, yoga has been an integral part of her life. She has practised various forms of yoga, including Prenatal, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Bhakti, and Karma yoga. In 2019-2020, she underwent teacher training in Hatha and Vinyasa to share the mental and physical well-being benefits she experienced with others. She wanted to make yoga accessible to everyone and bring smiles to people's faces after Savasana. Bénédicte started facilitating yoga classes in 2020 and continued her studies in Yin yoga in 2023 to further expand her knowledge. She considers herself an eternal student in a lifelong yoga journey, where reading and questioning are part of her daily routine. Listen, like and share. Thank YOU!
