Today's topic has been prompted by the ban on disposable vapes here in the U.K and that being a motivating force and a clear sign that it is time to stop vaping. However, even if you are not in the U.K and don't need to worry about a ban are you putting off saying goodbye to nicotine when deep down you know it's the right thing to do.
