    In our technologically advanced environment we are overstimulated compared to our indigenous origins. In my opinion the increased stresses are the cause of new and increasing social ills. I have encountered many young people who are fasting from social media and there are trends toward low tech or so called dumb devices. My personal journey of talking less has worked wonders for my self control even though I have far to go.
