As part of my masters program work, I am studying organizations that are either achieving good or working toward change for animals (or both) - and examining the differences in outcome. Today, we will explore the impact on pet-owners of the current availability of low-cost, accessible pet-care services in the Bozeman area -- focusing in on a wonderful program in Livingston doing a lot of good... and moving toward influencing true change in the long run.
