After a seven-year hiatus from active recovery work, a period dominated by professional commitments and raising his daughters, Bruce made a conscious effort to reconnect with deeper energies and larger life concepts. Embracing various forms of journeying and healing, he actively sought to revitalize and realign his life’s trajectory. Bruce shares his profound beliefs in the universe, the critical role of community in dislodging trauma, and the importance of starting healthy habits early.
