SCHITT AINT THE SAME !!

CAN WE MAKE SINCE OF IT ALL?

A paradigm shift is a fundamental change in how people think, approach, or understand something. It often happens when new ideas, discoveries, or events challenge the established way of doing things, causing a complete rethinking of the norms.

It’s like the old rules don’t apply anymore, and you have to adapt to a new reality.

  • HAPPINESS IS YOUR JOB !! OWN IT !!
    2026/08/31

Happiness is an inside job” means that your emotional well-being cannot depend entirely on another person, relationship, or circumstance.

Other people can absolutely add to your happiness—they can love you, support you, encourage you, and create beautiful moments with you. But they cannot be responsible for creating your inner peace every day.

When you make someone else responsible for your happiness, you may start thinking:

    * “I’ll be happy when they love me the way I want.”
    * “I’ll be okay when they give me attention.”
    * “My happiness depends on whether they stay.”
    * “If they change, then I can finally be happy.”

That gives another person control over your emotional life.

An inside job means learning to say:

“I want you in my life, but I don’t need you to complete me. I can create peace within myself, and your presence can be something I appreciate rather than something I depend on for my worth.”

It also means taking responsibility for your own thoughts, boundaries, choices, healing, and fulfillment. You learn to enjoy your own company, pursue things that give your life meaning, and comfort yourself when life becomes difficult.

This doesn’t mean becoming cold or independent to the point where you don’t need anyone. Human beings need connection. It’s healthy to receive love and support from others. The difference is between receiving happiness from someone and making someone responsible for your happiness.

A healthy relationship sounds more like:

“I am already whole. I choose you because I love you, not because I need you to make me whole. We can bring happiness into each other’s lives without carrying the responsibility for each other’s entire happiness.”

Ultimately, another person can walk beside you, but they cannot walk your inner journey for you. Your happiness becomes more stable when it is rooted in who you are—not in what someone else does or doesn’t do.

Resilience is essential for maintaining operational effectiveness in challenging and rapidly changing environments.

Military resilience is not simply the ability to endure hardship; it is the capacity to adapt, recover, and continue accomplishing the mission while maintaining the well-being of personnel and the effectiveness of the organization.
