Welcome to the third episode of Season 2 of Futurise.
Season 2 will focus in on AgenticAI, speaking to founders, funders and early adopters of the technology to share their insight and lessons learned.
In this episode, Rob is joined by Steve Smith, owner and founder of Raise the Bar, an organisation that delivers development solutions to a global client base, including the delivery of Management Apprenticeships and Leadership training.
Some listeners may also remember Steve as an Olympian, representing Great Britain and still holder of the British High Jump record at 2.37m.
Steve talks about his passion for continuing to evolve the business, developing learning experiences that prepare future leaders with the skills they need. He describes his own personal evolution using AI and Generative AI, and then sets the scene in regard to their experience of having implemented Agentic AI (multi-agent teams) to support his teams to better enable them to deliver the best service they can to their learners.
It's a fascinating discussion, from the perspective of an early adopter of AI Agents in business operations.
