She is instrumental in connecting the families and friends around her to local services and support.
Rayna has a rare genetic disorder, Smith Lemli Opotz Syndrome (SLO), and has overcome so many different struggles throughout her life, through the dedication and advocacy of her mom and dad.
Nicole is a true superhero as she continues to not only take care of the needs of her daughter, but also help so many others.
