  • “Never Date a Fatherless Woman”?
    2026/08/29

There’s a popular belief in certain dating spaces that men should stay away from women who grew up without fathers. They’re too independent. They don’t respect men. They don’t know how to be in healthy relationships.

But how much of that is actually true—and how much of it is just lazy dating advice?

I start this episode with my own experience dating a woman who didn’t have her father in her life, then dig into the bigger conversation about how our relationships with our parents can shape the way we love, communicate, respect, and respond to our partners.

Because having a father doesn’t automatically make someone a better partner. Not having one doesn’t automatically make someone a bad one.

Maybe the question isn’t whether her father was there.

Maybe the question is: What did she learn from the relationships she grew up around—and what has she done with it?

  • Do You Have To Be Her Best Sex Partner? Pt. 2
    2026/08/15

If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re supposed to be your partner’s best sex ever, you’re not alone and you’re not crazy for thinking it. We sit down and get uncomfortably honest about how men measure themselves in relationships, why “ranking” in bed can mess with your head, and what happens when you start competing with ghosts from someone else’s past.

We dig into the real drivers of sexual satisfaction: novelty, environment, emotion, and the overall experience. Sometimes the wildest memory is not the most skilled partner, it’s the moment, the risk, the energy, or the newness. That leads to a key point: trying to copy what another person did can kill the vibe fast. We talk about building sexual confidence by creating your own lane, learning what your partner likes without turning intimacy into a performance review, and setting boundaries when requests start feeling too specific or not aligned with who you are.

Then we get practical. We share ways to improve sexual chemistry in a long-term relationship, including changing environments, using anticipation, “sex play” throughout the day, and making space for your partner to initiate instead of always chasing. We also touch on how labels and perceptions around promiscuity shape trust, insecurity, and expectations in dating.

If this conversation makes you think, share it with a friend who needs it, subscribe, and leave a review so more people can find the show. What do you think matters more: being her best sex or being her best sex partner?

    2026/08/13

The fastest way to feel alone is to call it “discipline” and never question the cost. We start joking about Spider-Man, then pivot into something heavier: why so many men relate to loneliness, isolation, and the pressure to carry everything without support. If you’ve ever told yourself you’re just “locked in” when you’re really shutting people out, this conversation hits close to home.

We break down the “to elevate, you have to separate” mindset and why it can sabotage men’s mental health. What happens when you isolate and the results don’t come fast enough? What happens when the results do come, but you still feel empty and the goalposts move again? We talk emerging adulthood, the shift from built-in community to quiet apartments, and how growing up online can weaken real-life social skills, dating confidence, and friendship-building.

You’ll also hear practical strategies that don’t require you to disappear: creating space instead of cutting people off, using early mornings for deep work, and taking an honest look at screen time. We weave in ambition, money pressure, and “ethical capitalism” as a way to build goals that serve people without draining your life. If any of this resonates, subscribe, share this with a friend who’s been going quiet, and leave a review with the one idea you’re taking into your week.

  • Walk With Confidence
    2026/08/01

We get honest about what it feels like to step back into the ring rusty, then use that lesson to unpack how confidence works when life is loud and uncertain. We draw a hard line between certainty and confidence, and we push ourselves toward decisions, movement, and accountability instead of waiting to feel ready.
    • getting called out for not committing to punches, and why fear makes you hold back
    • confidence versus certainty, and how uncertainty can still fit inside confidence
    • building a therapeutic boxing gym with therapy access for kids, plus coaching and standards
    • why movement creates answers, using the red car effect, headlights, and GPS as metaphors
    • hesitation costs, and how life “walks you down” when you do not take your shot
    • jealousy as information, and how setbacks point to the skill you need to train
    • pressure, leadership, relationships, and staying steady when everything is changing
    • accountability in tough situations, and why owning your part restores control
September 1st, we're going completely behind the Patreon wall. The patron, you you could get behind that wall for free to get the same episodes you get now. Make sure y'all get in tune with us.

  • Porn Always Wins
    2026/07/11

Porn feels “better” because it is easy, emotion-free, and always available, but that same convenience can quietly sabotage real intimacy. We talk through shame, trust, novelty, and the situations that make loyalty harder than it needs to be.

    • why porn can replace real sex even in a live-in relationship
    • how novelty rewires desire and makes commitment feel boring
    • the habit loop that turns porn use into relationship avoidance
    • embarrassment, reputation, and why “how she makes me look” matters to some men
    • where we draw the line on a partner’s past and what changes after years together
    • why major lies feel like falling out of love overnight
    • OnlyFans hypotheticals and the difference between secrecy and consent
    • how cheating ends the old bond and forces a new relationship or a clean break
    • why trust is really about positioning and avoiding high-risk situations
    • birds of a feather flock together and how friend groups shape morals

If you're not on the Patreon, make sure you join the Patreon after September 1st. That's where we will be exclusively. The main show we put out on Saturdays is still gonna be free on Patreon, audio and video, if you join as a free member.

  • All Men Need It
    2026/07/05

We go from Chicago culture and July Fourth to a blunt conversation about male accountability and why so many men carry pain until it warps how they move. I lay out how one-sided friendships, untreated trauma, and fear of rejection can turn into disrespect, harassment, and broken relationships if we do not get real and get help.

    • Chicago pride, Juneteenth context, and what people actually celebrate when they gather
    • The shift to Patreon and why community matters more than public reach
    • Legacy thinking, finding my voice through podcasting, and doing the thing even if it does not “blow up”
    • One-sided friendships, uneven rapport, and why silence creates fake dynamics
    • How to pull someone closer or ice them out without cruelty
    • Why every man needs therapy and where to find support
    • The rolled ankle metaphor for emotional pain and how men normalize dysfunction
    • Person-in-environment, social expectations on men, and why strength is not the same as wellness
    • Reentry pressure, why some men return to prison, and what that says about mental health
    • A Chicago pastor scandal as a case study in entitlement, denial, and ignoring rejection
    • Teaching boys confidence, routines, and how to accept no without violating someone
