Think "magician." Did a man come to mind? Let's change that! Women have been a key part of the world of magic since its inception, and we're not talking assistants! Set in the 1890s, this is the fictional story of the first female magician who dared to chase her dream in spite of the patriarchy.
Rose and Pearl Entertainment presents a reading of the short film, "Queen of Magic." Follow us on our journey from script to screen as we bring this film to life. The completed short will serve as a proof-of-concept for the feature film, "Queen of Magic." In order to keep it interesting for those on the journey with us, we've updated our shooting script so that you'll have a bit more intrigue upon watching! Think of this podcast play as a "teaser."
