    Unpopular Christian Opinion → Saying “honor your temple” when talking about health is modern day Christian for “it’s not a diet… it’s a lifestyle change”.

    So we know the enemy… SATAN… is a master of deception and perversion. He twists the truth… he distorts reality… and ultimately he is just hell bent on sabotaging God's creation.

    Diet culture is a perfect example of this perversion.

    He takes a natural human desire for health and wellness… to feel well… and contorts it into this unhealthy obsession with weight, size, appearance, and restriction.

    And this directly contradicts God's intended design for our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit.
