• 27. What Brand Differentiation Strategy Luxury Brands Use (That Your Business Coach Would Tell You Not To) | Summer Prediction Series
    2026/09/10

Welcome to the fourth and last episode of the summer prediction series, where I pull out the one thing all four were pointing at: brand differentiation strategy.

Today I'm sharing the luxury brand strategy that premium brands such as Ferrari and Chanel use, the thing that makes them so lucrative, and it means doing what every online business coach will tell you not to do. Plus I'll show you how to borrow that luxury brand model and apply it in your own business.

I'll also talk about the dimension you make your decisions from, because most women decide from a place of proving, and that is what holds them back.

Topics covered on Brand Differentiation Strategy:
    1. What do premium brands do differently when they make long-term decisions?
    2. What is Ferrari's and Chanel's brand differentiation strategy that makes them so lucrative?
    3. Why do successful women still feel they have to justify their high ticket offer and their premium prices?
    4. What makes some businesses accelerate while others circle the same level for years?

  • 26. How Premium Businesses Leverage Relationship Marketing in 2027 | Summer Predictions Series
    2026/08/27

Somewhere along the line, we forgot that business used to be about relationships. Relationship marketing wasn't a tactic back then, it was simply how deals happened, because people who knew people vouched for people they trusted. Then we built entire systems to replace it, and now we wonder why people buy once and bounce, and why none of it feels like it's compounding.

This is episode 4 of my summer predictions miniseries and it's all about, what I call, the off-market growth strategy. It's the thing the highest-priced, highest-earning businesses have been running on the whole time, and it's what I think we're about to see come back into play.

I'll talk about how to think of referral marketing as a business strategy, how to build business relationships in a meaningful way (while everyone else is trying to outsource it to AI), and the brand building strategies that will move your business ahead of everyone else's in 2027.

    Topics covered on Relationship Marketing:
    1. How do premium businesses leverage building business relationships so their client list is always full?
    2. Premium brand positioning works on exclusivity rather than reach, and the private banking model that proves it.
    3. Why should you be doubling down on relationship marketing instead of trying to replace it with systems and AI?
    4. The brand building strategies the smartest businesses are already moving on to.

  • 25. How to Build a Premium Brand Like Taylor Swift | Summer Prediction Series
    2026/08/13

Taylor Swift is about to make a fortune from her wedding without selling a single photo, and she does it by running her life like a premium brand. I don't call myself a Swiftie, but I've studied her as a businesswoman for years, and I think she's one of the sharpest marketers alive.

This is part 3 of my summer predictions series, and today I'm diving into Taylor Swift's business strategy and how you'd use the same premium positioning that keeps her untouchable to build your own personal brand.

Your story is your greatest asset, the one thing that's completely and utterly unique to you. Come and hear how to make it work like Taylor's does.

Topics covered on Build a Premium Brand:
    1. Your lived experience is the one asset AI can never replicate, no matter how well you train it
    2. Taylor Swift's business strategy: how she turns a private wedding into a fortune without ever appearing to sell it
    3. What luxury houses like Loro Piana and Patek Philippe know about premium positioning that most of us ignore
    4. Running your career like a premium brand means withholding far more than you share
    5. How to stop treating your story as content and start treating it as a premium brand asset

  • 24. 3 Ways to Scale Your Intellectual Property | Summer Prediction Series
    2026/07/30

When I talk about scaling intellectual property, it freaks out a lot of people. They feel like they've got nothing big or bold enough for anyone to care about. But you do, and you can do it without burying it in a cheap £47 course.

Today I'm sharing real stories from 3 women sitting on an offer they couldn't see: A founder who has sold 3 businesses, a membership owner rethinking how she grows, and an old friend who has no idea she's sitting on a sellable skill. Along the way, premium positioning, licensing, and scaling a business through your thinking rather than your hours.

The point isn't getting your thinking to more people. It's the structure that lets your thinking compound in value instead of sitting in your notes as a half formed idea you never act on. If that's you, come and hear why it could be your next offer.

Topics covered on Scaling Your Intellectual Property:
    1. Why a cheap course won't scale your intellectual property and signals to buyers that your thinking is just readily available.
    2. The founder who sold 3 businesses, and how she's licensing her thinking instead of selling one course.
    3. The membership owner sitting on a model she could franchise, without chaining herself to more hours.
    4. My physiotherapist friend who swears she knows nothing, when she's actually sitting on knowledge people would happily pay for.

  • 23. How to Build a Personal Brand in the AI Era | Summer Prediction Series
    2026/07/23

I saw a job description on LinkedIn paying up to 10K a month and it confirmed my predictions about building a personal brand this year. It read like a media company hire, not a marketing role, and it named exactly where premium businesses are heading in the next 6-12 months.

Welcome to my first episode of summer series predictions for 2027, where I am talking about the shift into media company model, how to use AI in business to handle the content strategy and the repetitive work without losing your originality, and what premium clients really need to feel before they invest. Tune in to hear where I see premium business going next.

Topics covered on Building Personal Brand:
    1. Why building a personal brand now means thinking like a media company, even if your business is just you.
    2. The LinkedIn job description that signals about where premium business is heading.
    3. How AI is taking over content creation and repurposing, and what makes you irreplaceable once it does.
    4. Why premium clients buy on compounding evidence rather than more volume, and what that means for your premium positioning.
    5. Getting discerning about which platforms and rooms are right for you to be publishing in.

  • 22. How To Build A Network That Sends You Premium Clients (Without You Ever Asking)
    2026/07/16

Do you want to know how to build a network that sends you premium clients, press and opportunities you never applied for? I'm an introvert who was painfully shy at school, and I still built a strong network that turned into collaborations across the US and Europe.

In today's episode, I'm sharing why building business relationships begins with being generous and expecting nothing back (despite the online space teaching us otherwise) and how to build trust in business, especially when the value of what you're selling is high.

I'm also naming what most people get wrong about networking for entrepreneurs, because networking doesn't always have to be transactional. This episode is the reframe that will change it for you.

Topics covered on How To Build A Network:
    1. Why generosity needs to come first when building business relationships.
    2. How is trust built in luxury sales like diamonds?
    3. How to position yourself to be remembered every time you walk into a room?
    4. An event in Dubai where one woman closed multi six figures in just 2 days.

  • 21. I Sold 25% of My Event Before Announcing a Single Speaker | Designing Brand Experience Events
    2026/07/09

A quarter of the tickets to my event, She Sets The Standard, sold before I named the venue, the speakers, or a single detail. That is what becomes possible when you are known for brand experience events, not just good events.

Everyone tells you the content has to be strong, and it does. But there are so many events to choose from now that strong content alone is not what makes someone walk out and tell a friend they have to be in that room with you.

Today I'm sharing how I design brand experiences that attract premium clients and how to build a brand world people want to be drawn into. So if your events land well but still feel like they could be anyone's, this is how you make them unmistakably yours.

Topics covered on Brand Experience Events:
    1. How I sold a quarter of the tickets for my event before announcing the venue, the speakers or a single detail
    2. Designing brand experiences people recognise as yours before they ever see your logo
    3. Why high end brand experiences do not have to mean stuffy (dry ice, pipettes and chocolate fossils)
    4. Real examples of brand experience events I've created, from retreats to a one day business event
    5. Building brand experience events that attract premium clients and could only be yours

  • 20. I Lost 40 Followers With Just ONE Post (The Fear of Being Seen & Visibility Blocks)
    2026/07/02

The fear of being seen started for me at age 10, when my family became highly visible in the press and I learned to associate visibility with threat.

A couple of weeks ago, I put the word visibility in the middle of a blank page and let myself freestyle write. What came through was that I'm taming myself in my most visible channels, bumping up against a ceiling: the old belief that when you become highly visible there has to be loss.

So I posted the content I had been holding back. Within minutes 40 unfollows started, and I felt physically sick. What happened next is the part most people leave out of the conversation about the fear of visibility.

So how do you name the visibility blocks sitting underneath your content and attract clients without performing or being controversial for the sake of it? That is exactly where this episode goes.

Topics covered on Fear Of Being Seen:
    1. The fear of being seen is not a confidence issue. It is an old responsibility you never chose to carry.
    2. How a visibility block hides underneath content that looks authentic but holds back your real opinion.
    3. What happened to my followers count the moment I stopped taming myself in my most visible channels.
    4. The childhood association behind a fear of visibility that resurfaces every time your business grows.
    5. The one question to ask yourself about visibility, plus what it means for attracting clients who invest at the highest level.
