Revitalized Womanhood | Live Like Her Now is the podcast for women who are done waiting for someday and ready to start intentionally creating a life they truly love. Hosted by Gina Trimmer — world traveler, mother of four, entrepreneur, podcast host, and founder of the Revitalized Sisterhood women's community — this show is your weekly reminder that it's never too late to reinvent yourself, rediscover your purpose, and become the woman you know you're meant to be. After losing everything financially during the recession, rebuilding from rock bottom, retiring young, and spending nearly a decade traveling the world with her family through 88+ countries, Gina discovered something powerful: A fulfilling life is not something you stumble into. It's something you intentionally design. Each week on Revitalized Womanhood, we dive into honest, uplifting conversations around intentional living, self-worth, mindset, motherhood, marriage, confidence, personal growth, healing, boundaries, habits, purpose, and creating a life that feels deeply aligned — not just impressive from the outside. Season 2: Live Like Her Now is about ending the cycle of waiting: waiting for confidence, waiting for permission, waiting for life to calm down, waiting to feel "ready." Because the truth is: the woman you want to become is built in the choices you make today. Through vulnerable storytelling, inspiring guests, practical mindset shifts, and empowering conversations, this podcast will help you stop living on autopilot and start showing up fully for your life. If you're craving deeper connection, more purpose, healthier habits, emotional growth, stronger boundaries, intentional motherhood, or simply the courage to finally choose yourself too… Welcome home. This is your safe place to grow messy, honest, supported, and empowered — one episode at a time.2022 個人的成功 哲学 社会科学 自己啓発

  • To The Core | What If You're Not Behind—You're Just Treating Yourself Like a Project? with Gina
    2026/08/14

Hey Revitalized Womanhood listeners! Today on To the Core, I'm unpacking something I think so many women can relate to: the feeling that we're always one habit, routine, breakthrough, or mindset shift away from finally being "fixed."

But what if the problem isn't that you're behind? What if you've simply turned yourself into a project?

In this episode, I'm taking an honest look at the pressure to constantly optimize every part of our lives—from sleep and hormones to productivity, motherhood, marriage, and mindset—and how personal growth can sometimes leave us feeling more dissatisfied instead of more fulfilled.

I'm sharing why I believe growth should create more joy, not more pressure, and what it can look like to pursue personal growth without making yourself the problem that needs solving.

I also share lessons from my own journey of losing everything, rebuilding, and realizing that some of life's biggest wins come from choosing enough instead of endlessly pursuing more.

If you're tired of constantly fixing, evaluating, optimizing, and wondering why you haven't arrived yet, this episode is for you.

Because growth doesn't require dissatisfaction. You don't have to become a better version of yourself before you're allowed to enjoy the woman you are today.

Let's stop treating our lives like problems to solve—and start living them like they already matter.

  • Ep 13 | Your Body Is Talking: How to Stop Pushing Through and Start Listening with Dr. Carli Axford
    2026/08/18

    Hey Revitalized Womanhood listeners!

I'm so excited to share this incredible conversation with you! Joining me today is Dr. Carli Axford, chiropractor, creator of the Spinal Flow Technique, and author of the forthcoming Awaken Your Spinal Flow.

Dr. Carli has spent more than 30 years exploring the connection between the spine, nervous system, stress, trauma, and the body's natural ability to heal. She is the founder of the Spinal Flow Technique, the Spinal Flow Certification Program, and the Free To Be She Foundation, and has trained thousands of practitioners around the world.

In this conversation, we dive into why so many women are living with tension, exhaustion, pain, and a constant feeling of being "fine" on the outside while their bodies are telling a different story.

Dr. Carli shares how her own journey through chiropractic care led her to develop a more intuitive, whole-body approach—one that focuses less on forcing the body to change and more on creating the conditions for the body to heal.

We talk about the ways stress can show up in the body, how the nervous system responds when we're constantly pushing through, and what it can look like to move from survival mode into a state of safety, ease, and greater connection with yourself.

Gina also brings this conversation home by sharing her own experience with postpartum back pain and the realization that what appeared to be a physical issue was also connected to stress, pressure, and a deeper disconnection from her body.

Dr. Carli challenges the idea that we have to keep pushing through in order to move forward. Instead, she invites us to slow down, listen, and notice what our bodies are communicating before they have to scream.

If you've been feeling burned out, disconnected, tense, or stuck in survival mode, this episode is an invitation to pause and listen differently.

Because your body isn't working against you.

It may be trying to communicate with you.

This conversation is for every woman who's ready to stop fighting her body, start understanding its signals, and explore what it means to work with her body instead of constantly pushing against it.

Dr. Carli's forthcoming book, Awaken Your Spinal Flow, will be published by Hay House in May 2027.

  • Ep 12 | How to Trust Yourself and Embrace Your Next Chapter with Danielle Frank
    2026/08/04

    Hey Revitalized Womanhood listeners!

I'm so excited to share this incredible conversation with you! Joining me today is Danielle Frank—author, wine industry veteran, and former Hollywood publicist whose story is a beautiful reminder that the best chapters of our lives often begin with an unexpected pivot.

After launching her career in Hollywood publicity at Miramax International, Danielle took a leap of faith into the world of luxury wine and spirits, where she's spent more than two decades building iconic brands. Along the way, she's embraced reinvention again and again, proving that confidence isn't something you're born with—it's something you build every time you choose to trust yourself.

In this episode, Danielle opens up about leaving behind a toxic work environment, navigating major career transitions, and learning to listen to the subtle signals that life—and your own body—are sending when it's time for change. We talk about why so many women stay stuck in lives they've outgrown, how tiny daily decisions strengthen self-trust, and why the courage to pivot often leads to the most fulfilling seasons of life.

We also dive into the difference between living according to other people's expectations versus aligning your life with your own values, the role humor plays in resilience, and how embracing uncertainty can unlock opportunities you never imagined.

And because Danielle believes life should never take itself too seriously, we also chat about her hilarious book, A Wine Lover's Guide to Parenting, where she combines wit, warmth, and satire to explore the beautiful chaos of family life through the eyes of a devoted aunt.

If you've been feeling the nudge that something in your life needs to change—a career, a relationship, your mindset, or simply the way you show up for yourself—this conversation will encourage you to stop waiting for the "perfect" moment and start trusting the woman you're becoming.

Danielle's journey is proof that life's detours often become our greatest destinations. Whether you're standing at the beginning of a new chapter or simply wondering what's next, I hope this conversation inspires you to embrace change with courage, confidence, and a heart that's open to all the possibilities ahead.

So grab your favorite drink, settle in, and let's dive into this inspiring conversation with Danielle Frank.
