Michelle Alero Adeniyi is a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse and the Director of Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Collective Impact at March of Dimes. With a deep passion for health equity and women's health, Michelle has been at the forefront of initiatives aimed at improving maternal and child health outcomes, particularly in underserved communities.In her role at March of Dimes, Michelle leads collaborative efforts to address disparities in maternal and child health, working closely with partners and stakeholders to drive impactful change. Her commitment to ensuring that every mother and child receives the best possible care is evident in her work, from organizing community wellness events to advocating for policy changes that support birth equity.
On a personal note, Michelle is a proud new mother to a wonderful son, which has only deepened her commitment to the cause she serves. Balancing her professional life with the joys and challenges of motherhood, she brings both personal and professional insights to her work in maternal wellness.
