このコンテンツについて

Stories have the power to transmit vibrational information that can trigger, amplify and illuminate each of our own inner truths. This podcast is a channeled transmission of my personal life stories on my spiritual path to educate, inspire and support you to question, listen and go deeper into your own inner truth.

Each episode discusses my experience and relationship to a certain theme on vibrational reality and how we co-create in fields of resonance. I share stories on how I see the world through my lens and what is has felt like being a multi-dimensional being having a human experience. I find that these transmissions are timely to what the collective is experiencing, and I would love to have you join in this field of resonance as a listener. :)

When you tune in to each episode, give yourself the space to ask what is true for you and listen to your own inner knowing. This is both a space to explore topics on our vibrational reality and evolve in relationship to them. My perspective is just that, one of many perspectives. The topics I introduce are a launching off point to explore deeper, go within, do your own research and create conversations with your loved ones and communities.

I welcome your comments, support and sharing of your stories and experiences as well as your feedback if this content has made an impression on you. As consciousness is infinitely expanding, so too is my experience and perception of what is real and true for me. We share and grow together.

I am grateful for you tuning in. :)

  • Reconciling Relational Paradoxes with special guest Dr. Andrew Pollak
    2025/10/08

In this episode, Dr. Andrew Pollak and I discuss relational energetic dynamics–personal and professional–as a catalyst for personal growth.

We discuss the relationships of our lives with the metaphor of a cast of characters in a play. Some of those characters may be transient, serving as teachers and mirrors for our personal growth, while others remain constant and stay with us throughout our journey as soul family or soul tribe.

In this discussion, we talk about honoring our relationships and letting go when it is time to let go. We highlight the importance of showing gratitude to all versions of ourselves that show up in relation to other people, and of giving ourselves the grace of releasing self-labels.

We talk about client-practitioner relationships, what it’s like to outgrow each other, and how our intuitive reading styles have changed throughout the course of our energy medicine practices.

Andrew talks about the conscious life review that many have been experiencing at this time and the importance of looking at the threads and themes of all the relationships you’ve experienced as an adult.

We discuss the idea of harmonic intervals of frequency bridging the gap between contradictions within ourselves and even between dimensional realities.

Amongst chaos, change and contradictions, there is an inherent desire and movement for life to come back into wholeness, harmony and ultimately, back into the All That Is. How do you reconcile internal contradictions within yourself?

Perhaps the most important skills to anchor at this time, says Andrew, is to have the neutrality and grounding to interface with the paradoxes without leaving the body through emotional reactivity.

Dr. Andrew Pollak is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and practitioner of acupuncture, Chinese herbalism and Acutonics. He is licensed in Colorado and Texas, and makes annual study trips to Japan to further Japanese acupuncture in the U.S.

  • Flight of the Phoenix: Becoming Your Magic with special guest Mary Jo Rathgeb
    2025/07/18

Tune into this inspiring and soulful conversation with Human Design facilitator and workshop co-creator Mary Jo Rathgeb. In this episode, Mary Jo and I explore what it truly means to rise from the ashes of your old story and embody the magic waiting to emerge from within.

Through her work in Human Design and supporting clients through major life transitions, Mary Jo guides people to reconnect with their inner wisdom, honor both the challenges and the gifts of their journey and step into a more authentic version of themselves.

We delve into the energy of the Phoenix, sharing our own personal stories of moving through the fire of transformation — letting go of identities, roles and beliefs that no longer fit — and finding meaning in the ashes, the rise and everything in between. Together, we reflect on how consciously rewriting your narrative can help you live more aligned with the person you are becoming.

  • Psychedelic Safety for Mental Health and Addiction Recovery with special guest Jen Bruce
    2025/07/16

Check out this fascinating and informative conversation with integrative mind-body practitioner, educator and psilocybin facilitator Jen Bruce. With decades of personal experience in this field of study, Jen helps people with trauma, addiction and mental illness using a holistic approach with nutrition, detox, plant medicine and nervous system regulation and mapping.

In this conversation, Jen explains how the gut and brain microbiome are integrally connected to mental health and her experience specializing in helping people get off of addictive pharmaceutical drugs prescribed for depression, anxiety and psychosis using a holistic approach.

As more and more people are seeking solutions and alternatives from the medications that often cause side effects of the very conditions they are meant to treat, the exploration of clinical and spiritual-community led efforts to support people with variety of conditions with plant medicine has boomed in the United States. This has brought up so many ethical and safety concerns, some of which we touch upon in this podcast episode.

How can people prepare for and integrate psychedelic plant medicine experiences (including psilocybin, ibogaine, iboga or ayahuasca)? What are the differences between taking larger doses versus microdosing? What is neuroplasticity and how does it effect one’s ability to create new habits and release old ones?

While many of these hot topics are in their early stages of research and deeper understanding, Jen shares an important perspective that moves out of the Western belief in mental conditions strictly being a result of chemical brain imbalances and considers the whole person and each person’s unique challenges and abilities to move past trauma and addiction.

Contact Jen at HumansCanHeal.com, where you can find her blog, 1:1 sessions, courses and free e-book describing her ecosystems approach to stress and healing.
