What we explored:

• The difference between having a vision for your work and knowing how to build the business around it
• Investing in marketing and branding without getting the bigger-picture clarity you were looking for
• Figuring out what to focus on when there are multiple things you want to build
• The exhaustion of constantly guessing which business decisions will actually move you forward
• Why not knowing what you don’t know can make the building process feel especially difficult

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t doing the work. It’s knowing which work matters, what comes first, and whether the decisions you’re making are actually moving you toward what you’re trying to build.
