Today we are reflecting upon the value of remembering our journey.

We remember for the purpose of honoring ourselves with the gratitude we deserve for all our hearts have encountered and moved through.

Are you allowing this in your life?  If you have avoided it, we’ll look at why this might be and the benefits of doing so now.

Whether you realize it or not, you have grown exponentially in your lifetime.

Your path has not always been easy and acknowledging all of it from a place of gratitude can be healing and expansive.
