Well, in this episode you'll catch us still reminiscing about our Greek trip and those last few days of adventure. Heading out on a boat, mooring up in the tiniest, quietest bays, swimming with the fish and spotting wild goats. It really was one of those days you wish would go on forever!

We also spent a little time in Ioannina, on the shores of Lake Pamvotida, exploring this fascinating historic area. And, of course, there was more gelato! Although Charlie managed to wear nearly as much as he ate…!

But now it's time to immerse ourselves in the cosy deliciousness of autumn. Drawing the curtains, lighting the candles and getting comfy, we're chatting about the ingredients we're turning to — good old root vegetables, comforting Sunday roasts and, of course, the humble crumble, which seems to be on everyone's lips… quite literally!

Apparently, 69% of people prefer their custard hot. Not Charlie, though — he's firmly in the cold custard camp! So where do I stand?

Yassas — from Greece!

What an adventure it's been so far. Stunning scenery, jaw-dropping views, idyllic bays and crazy roads with enough twists and turns to keep us on our toes.

We've been exploring, eating, drinking, and cooking up some Greek favourites - Bougatsa, souvlaki, spanakopita as well as a Sunday roast, because even in Greece, some things are non-negotiable!

It's been a wonderful mix of food, travel, coffee stops and the odd hair-raising drive. Charlie calls it Bliss in a Bucket — so come and join us for a slice of our Greek Odyssey.

Hello and welcome back to Relish! We can't quite believe we're starting Series 4 and celebrating our second anniversary — where has the time gone?

We've been looking back at some of our favourite moments, planning our next trip to Greece and, naturally, we had to do a bit of Greek yogurt tasting... although one particular yogurt decided it had other plans!

Another ‘hot’ topic — forgive the pun — was of course the weather this summer: what's flourished, what hasn't, and the impact it's had on our poor farmers. But Autumn's just around the corner, so there's lots to look forward to.
