  • Best Motivation Speech from Jordan B. Peterson
    2026/10/10

If you can't suicide, make the task smaller.
If you make the task small enough, you will never fail to progress. But that can be pretty humiliating.
Everything starts with the first step. The smaller the step, the faster you can take the next step—and the faster you progress. The faster you can change your direction and change your life, without frustration and even with fun.
When you recover from a severe disease, you need time and patience to do the same things again.
The Keith Jarrett ExampleFor instance, you want to play piano and improvise like Keith Jarrett in his famous Köln Concert—but you've never played piano before.
If you have such a huge goal, you will fail. Then every hour you spend learning piano feels like a waste of time.
If you don't believe me, try playing on a keyboard. You don't even have to try playing on a broken Bösendorfer piano, like Keith Jarrett did in his Köln Concert.
How to Fail AgainIf you have already failed three times or more, it's pretty hard to try again—because you've programmed your mind to fail.
So how do you avoid that?
Check what you did wrong. Make a big list. Then get coached by another person to gain more insights on how to do it the right way.
The Trap of Self-FocusThe more you focus on yourself, the more miserable you are.
What does that mean? Today's narcissism wants you to believe that you are the most important thing. And so the relationship between you and a problem gets out of proportion.
Instead, focus on the solution to the problem—without interference from your ego. That makes you far more effective.
Even with relationship problems, if you focus mostly on yourself, you can't discover the struggle your spouse has with you. And then nobody knows where the real problem is.
The Solution: Put All Cards on the TableI'll tell you something: put all your cards on the table. Then you can discover where the real problem is.
Nearly all problems can be solved once we have identified the problem.
For example, if your wife is upset with your child, she might not even know the real reason why. Maybe the problem was with her neighbor, and she projected her anger onto her child.
If she doesn't tell you the whole story, you would think the problem is with your child.
She puts all the cards on the table—and you just listen. Only then can you identify the problem.
Don't assume that you or she already knows the problem. So listen until you identify it.
The Danger of LyingWhat if we lie?
You waste your time. After some time, you start believing your own lies.
How can you solve your problems then?
You live in a fantasy world—and your fantasy world will crash. Nobody can help you, and you can't really help other people. For your children and your spouse, you become a nightmare.
    Don't waste time. Be honest.
A Funny Story from Paul WatzlawickHave you read this funny book?
"The Situation Is Hopeless, But Not Serious: The Pursuit of Unhappiness"— Prof. Paul Watzlawick
In one story, a husband no longer likes eating the cornflakes that his wife has been serving him for twenty years. She complained, saying, "But you said you loved them!"
He replied: "Because you gave me cornflakes on our first day of marriage, and I didn't dare to complain."
    Be honest—at every price.

  • Instead of trying to be somebody, be yourself
    2026/10/13

    – by Jim Carrey
Let go of the need to be something for somebody.
Say no when you don't want to. Don't feel obligated to please everyone.Don't chase selfies—choose kindness and friendliness instead. Selfies freeze the world; they stop life.
You want to put on a big show, but all you're doing is giving people a false sense of relevance on social media.I see people posting about their greatness on Facebook while showing zero genuine interest in others—and eventually, they even disable comments. It's a predictable cycle: narcissism, arrogance, and then the fall.
Everyone talks about depression these days. But what's the real difference between depression and sadness?Sadness arises from something that happened—or didn't happen—to you.Depression, on the other hand, comes from a deeper place: "I don't want to be this character anymore."
Your body and mind are crying out for deep rest—rest from the fictional identity you built for others.People are depressed because they've lost touch with who they truly are.As long as you're trying to be something for the world, you'll remain depressed. The cure is simply to be yourself.
When we're in flow, emotions like happiness and sadness pass through us naturally. But depression lingers. It stays.
Fear will always be a player in your life—but you get to decide how much time you spend worrying about ghosts and future pathways. The only thing that ever truly exists is this moment—and the choice we make right now.We can choose love or fear, but never both. Where fear lives, love cannot.
Fear is a terrible guide. It's our worst enemy.People often dress fear up as "practicality," but that's just disguise. You'll never find peace by avoiding what scares you or concerns you.
If you follow your own path, obstacles and risks will always appear. The question is: will they stop you or challenge you?Without challenges, life becomes dull. And yet, we don't need to go looking for more hardship—we simply surrender to what comes, and we allow ourselves to rest.
Too often, we choose partners out of fear rather than from the heart. You can't avoid uncomfortable people or difficult situations forever. The deeper the love, the greater the risk of loss. But instead of learning to handle drama, many of us avoid love altogether—just to dodge the discomfort.
Peter Lindbergh, one of the greatest portrait and fashion photographers in the world, was once asked: "Why didn't you marry a positive-thinking, motivating woman?"His answer? He said he'd rather die than marry someone like that—because he valued deep feeling over superficial nonsense.Just look at his portraits. Every single one tells a story.

  • Your Phone Is Destroying Your Sense of Meaning
    2026/10/17
A Wake-Up Call from Arthur Brooks and the Science of Happiness1. The Crisis No One Is Talking AboutWe face a huge crisis—and it is caused by the device in your pocket. For young people, frustration and depression have never been higher. And this is directly linked to the use of mobile phones.Emotions are being suppressed. Logic is winning. And meaning is disappearing.2. Why Meaning Matters More Than AnythingViktor Frankl, psychiatrist and Holocaust survivor, proved how essential meaning is for human survival. In the concentration camps, the Jews who could not find a reason to live did not survive. They died—not from hunger or disease, but from hopelessness.Frankl wrote:"Those who have a 'why' to live can bear with almost any 'how'."Meaning is not a luxury. It is a survival mechanism.3. A Personal Story: The Power of PurposeI had a friend who had to undergo heart surgery.I asked him: "Focus on what you will do after the surgery."He was in a coma for 14 days. But he held onto that vision. He had a reason to survive. And he did.I have asked this question to every terminally ill person I have met. Those who had a reason to live—lived. Those who did not—died.Meaning is not abstract philosophy. It is life or death.4. What Is Happiness? (According to Arthur Brooks)Arthur Brooks teaches the science of happiness at Harvard. His definition is simple and powerful:Happiness is:Enjoying what you are doingBeing satisfied with your accomplishmentsKnowing the meaning of your existenceThree pillars. One life.If you lack any of these, you are not happy. And today, most people lack all three.5. The Two Questions You Must AnswerAccording to Brooks, you are failing at life if you cannot answer these two questions:Question What It RevealsWhy am I alive? Who created you? What is your purpose? For what would I be willing to give my life? What do you value more than yourself? If you don't have answers, you are unhappy. You are lost. You are a loser—not because you are worthless, but because you have not found your worth.6. The Data Is ShockingIn a graph Arthur Brooks presents, a huge surge began in 2008.People started feeling that their lives are meaningless. What happened in 2008?The iPhone was introduced in 2007.Social media exploded. The attention economy went into overdrive. We traded meaning for convenience. And we are paying the price.7. Your Brain Has Two Hemispheres—And Your Phone Is Killing OneHemisphere Function How It WorksLeft Rational, logical, problem-solving "How do I do this?"Right Emotional, creative, meaning-making "Why am I doing this?"When you look at your phone, you activate the logical, left side of your brain. You push away your emotions. And with logic alone, you can never be happy.Love, faith, meaning, connection—these are not logical. They are emotional. They are right-brain functions. But your phone is training you to live entirely in the left hemisphere.8. The Matrix Is RealWe are living more and more like the movie The Matrix. We wake up, grab our phones, scroll social media, see our "friends" through a screen. That is not real life. That is a simulation. And soon, AI and Super AI will decide for us.We will become passengers in our own lives.9. The Left-Hemisphere LifeBrooks describes the left-hemisphere life as:Love things, use people, worship yourself. That is life online. You love your phone. You use people for validation. You worship your own image. That is not happiness. That is addiction.10. How to Get Back to the Right HemisphereStep 1: Rage Against the Machine—or Form a New RelationshipYou cannot keep using your phone the way you are using it.No mobile phones in schools. No mobile phones in universities. This is not extreme. This is survival.Step 2: Ask a Question That Google Can't AnswerGoogle can tell you the capital of Mongolia.Google cannot tell you:Why are you alive? For what would you give your life? These are questions only you can answer.Spend time with them. Sit with them. Let them change you.Step 3: Give Your Heart AwayUse things—with gratitude, with energy, with purpose. But do not love them.Love people—really love them. Sacrifice for them. Be present with them.Worship the Divine—whatever that means to you. God. Spirit. The Universe. Something greater than yourself. That is how you become human again.11. The Real CrisisThe crisis is not that we are addicted to our phones. The crisis is that we have forgotten what it means to be alive. We have replaced:Love with likesFaith with algorithmsMeaning with notificationsConnection with commentsAnd we are miserable.12. A Challenge for YouToday, do this:Leave your phone in another room for one hour.Sit in silence and ask yourself: "Why am I alive?"Write down your answer—even if it feels incomplete.Ask yourself: "For what would I give my life?"Write that down too.If you cannot answer these questions, do not panic.Start searching. That search is the beginning of meaning.13. Final ThoughtViktor Frankl survived Auschwitz because he had a reason to ...

  • Every fear tells us that we are not objective.
    2026/09/22

Everything has two poles, and both have the same size.AND WE MUST ALWAYS SEE BOTH SIDES!
When we want something positive, we imagine it as positive—we have an infatuation. We create positive fantasies in our consciousness and push everything that contradicts our fantasy into our subconscious.
For instance, we have a fear of loss.If we imagine a very positive outcome, we push our doubts into our subconsciousness or suppress our negative emotions, like fear.
When we love, we push our jealousy, hate, fear of loss, and anger into our subconsciousness—otherwise, we could not idealize and love our darling. What supports our fantasy is greater than our challenge.
When we fear something, we create nightmares and resentments in our consciousness. We create a negative outcome in our consciousness and have pushed all doubts about a positive outcome into our subconsciousness. If we resent somebody, we are anxious about a positive outcome or gain.In this case, the challenge is greater than our support.
We have two different fears: the fear of loss and the fear of gain—by avoiding the situation.
From our animal mind, we have a desire for food and prey, and a desire to avoid a predator that can harm us.The prey can feed us, and the predator can eat us.
Anything that we focus on and do for a positive outcome is in our mind, and we suppress the fear of losing it—of not getting it.
Anything that challenges us in life is interpreted as a predator, and we suppress the emotions that contradict a positive outcome.
We try to avoid pain or seek pleasure.
You can't separate the two poles of positive fantasy and phobia.Everything has two sides, and both have the same size.AND WE MUST ALWAYS SEE BOTH SIDES!
If we embrace both sides, then we are neutral. We don't fear the loss or resent the gain.Only then do we gain objectivity and have peace of mind. This also means that our support is equal to our challenge.
If we integrate both poles and dissolve the positive fantasy and phobia, we enter the state of unconditional love—love unites both poles.
Our fear tells us that we have a polarized perspective, and that we need to unite or neutralize it.
Our highest ambition should be love—or neutrality.
If we face fear or phobia, we ask questions about the upside until we become neutral. The same is true if we have a positive fantasy—we ask questions about the downside until we become neutral.
Buddha interprets both poles as suffering. Every ambition to gain something, or fear of losing something, is suffering. Normally we have both pain and pleasure, but we don't seek them.
As long as we seek pleasure, we fear not getting it.Every ambition has a downside.
The more we look for the positive side, the more the brain shows us the negative aspects.
Your phobia is your friend, because it shows you the downsides—and because you are not being objective about the illusion of your fantasies.
Only when you are neutral can you truly love.In every relationship, we have both sides. If we embrace what we don't like and don't magnify what we love about that person, our relationship problems are solved—and we gain real love. Instead of only loving that person when they do what we want.

  • Increase Your Deserve Level
    2026/09/26
When we clear our shame and guilt, we increase our deserve level. You can't manifest something meaningful if you don't feel worthy of it.Clear out your shame and guilt, and your deserve level goes up.If you set goals that have high value for you, you increase your deserve level. If you do lower-level things that don't fit your agenda, or resent other people's values, or feel shame or guilt, you hold yourself back from doing the great things you want to do—and deserve to do.Take the time to clear your shame and guilt. And say: Hey, I deserve that.Be willing to do what is necessary to accomplish what you want. Nothing in this world is free—so do those things with the feeling that you deserve them. How to Clear Shame and GuiltShame is when you assume you have done—or not done—something that caused you drawbacks, negativity, or more loss than gain.Guilt is when you have done something that led to a negative outcome for another person. Both lead to symptoms in your life, such as:Overconsumption of foodCompulsive shoppingAltruistic actions to sacrifice something for others, just to feel better about yourselfThese are all signs of shame and guilt. When we diminish ourselves through shame and guilt, we hold ourselves back from our magnificence. The reality is that we received valuable life lessons through our failures and drawbacks.Guilt and shame no longer serve us.Altruistic behavior is often a compensation for our shame and guilt from the past.Exercise: Clear Your Shame and Guilt InventoryMake a list of anything you have done—or not done—in your life that you wouldn't want other people to know about. Write down your shame and guilt inventory. For every shame or guilt answer these 3 questions. 1. What I did or didn't do What did they gain or benefit? 2. Who was impacted? (everyone who witnessed it)3. How did this action serve them? What did they gain or benefit? Example: ... ... ...Look again and again until you find the benefits for them. What were the upsides? What were the downsides?Remember: everything has two sides, and both sides have the same size.If we resent people for things they have done, it's often because we have done the same and feel shame or guilt. When we clear our shame and guilt, we no longer resent others. As the Bible says in Romans: "What we judge in other people, we do the same."The Trap of PridePride is the opposite of shame, and it also affects us negatively—because we see only the upsides and refuse to see the downsides. We must balance pride as well, to become neutral. If we don't, it can lead to extremes like narcissism. When we minimize or exaggerate ourselves, it harms us.If you are infatuated with something, you don't want to see the downsides. If you resent something consciously, you don't want to see the upsides in the unconscious. This also weakens our immune system. All these fantasies about the perfect partner, perfect outcomes, and perfect life are unrealistic.Until you see and experience both sides, you don't live a balanced life.Otherwise, you live with the false expectation that you must always be good, always kind.Forget all that B.S. you read on Facebook, written by idiots—that is 100% hypocrisy. The same B.S. is preached by the Dalai Lama, yet in his monasteries, they beat children. The Dalai Lama says anger is bad—but he doesn't understand. He only repeats learned doctrines that are wrong.I use my anger to be productive. It is a great force—now I can do the things I don't like.True PerfectionThe perfection of yourself includes everything:All emotionsAll upsides and downsidesAll failures and successesWhen you embrace all of it, you become balanced. And then you feel gratitude for everything that happened to you.Liberate yourself from guilt and shame. My Video: Increase Your Deserve Level https://youtu.be/mL7nByrqfh8My Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Increase-Your-Deserve-Level.mp3

  • THIS Gut Bacterium Might Be the Real Cancer Breakthrough
    2026/09/29

Scientists made a stunning discovery – one that could change how we think about cancer treatment.
For years, researchers studied chemotherapy patients, trying to figure out:Why do some people heal, while others don't?
    They examined everything:
    Cell structures
    Diet and lifestyle
    Family history and genetics
    Previous illnesses
    Age and gender
Despite years of data, they found no common link among patients who survived – until they looked at the gut.
The Answer: One Missing BacteriumThe breakthrough came down to a single microbe: Akkermansia muciniphila.
If this bacterium was present in the patient's gut, recovery was far more likely. If it was missing, the patient was much more likely to die from cancer.
Akkermansia is the first bacterium science has identified that directly supports the body's ability to fight cancer.
Where Does Akkermansia Grow? This beneficial bacterium naturally lives in the human colon, but its population depends heavily on what you eat.
Today, you can even buy Akkermansia as a probiotic supplement – but you can also feed the bacteria you already have with the right foods.
Which Foods Grow Akkermansia? The following foods are scientifically shown to promote Akkermansia growth:
Pomegranate (juice, seeds, or dried – all work)
    Cranberry (whole, juice, or dried)
    Chinese black vinegar (traditional, unpasteurized)
Important: These foods must be unheated and unprocessed. Heat kills the beneficial compounds that feed Akkermansia. Fresh, raw, or freeze-dried forms are best.
Why Some People Get Cancer – and Others Don'tHere's the reality:Every single day, your body produces between 10,000 and 30,000 cancer cells.
That sounds scary – but it's completely normal.
The difference is your immune system.A strong immune system recognizes and destroys these rogue cells before they can grow into tumors.A weakened immune system – due to poor diet, stress, lack of sleep, or gut imbalance – allows them to multiply.
That's why a healthy lifestyle isn't just "good advice" – it's your first line of defense.
Real-World Evidence: The Swedish StudyA long-term Swedish study followed 134 years of health data (across generations) and compared slim women to those with excess body fat.
The result:Slim women had 3 times fewer cases of breast cancer than women who were overweight or obese.
This isn't about appearance – it's about metabolic health, inflammation, and immune function, all of which are directly influenced by what you eat and how you live.
The Bottom LineCancer cells appear daily – that's normal.
Your immune system decides whether they grow or get destroyed.
Akkermansia is a key ally in keeping your immune system sharp.
Feed it with pomegranate, cranberry, and black vinegar – raw and unprocessed.
Your lifestyle is your strongest weapon. The healthier you live, the smaller your cancer risk.
As Dr. William Li explains in his research, what we eat directly influences our body's natural defense systems – including angiogenesis, immunity, and stem cell regeneration.

  • Quotes Earl Nightingale
    2026/10/02

Bob Proctor was a big fan and a disciple of Earl Nighingale….

Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway.
When you judge others, you do not define them, you define yourself.
Your world is a living expression of how you are using and have used your mind.
Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use.
Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality. Be it good or bad.
Our attitude towards others determines their attitude towards us.
Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now. Don't wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it's at work or with your family. Every minute should be enjoyed and savored.
Wherever there is danger, there lurks opportunity; whenever there is opportunity, there lurks danger. The two are inseparable. They go together.
The biggest mistake that you can make is to believe that you are working for somebody else. Job security is gone. The driving force of a career must come from the individual. Remember: Jobs are owned by the company, you own your career!
Our environment, the world in which we live and work, is a mirror of our attitudes and expectations.
People with goals succeed because they know where they're going.
We will receive not what we idly wish for but what we justly earn. Our rewards will always be in exact proportion to our service.
We are at our very best, and we are happiest, when we are fully engaged in work we enjoy on the journey toward the goal we've established for ourselves. It gives meaning to our time off and comfort to our sleep. It makes everything else in life so wonderful, so worthwhile.
What's going on in the inside shows on the outside.
All you have to do is know where you're going. The answers will come to you of their own accord.
Everything that's really worthwhile in life comes to us.

  • Machiavelli's 7 Laws of Psychological Power
    2026/10/06
How to Protect Your Energy, Your Time, and Your SanityIntroduction: The Art of Not ReactingWe are constantly attacked, offended, and provoked—by people, by situations, by the endless noise of modern life. What do we do?Most people react. They explode. They explain. They defend. They justify. And they lose.Machiavelli understood something that most people never learn:Never react. Never explain. Just ignore.Osho said it differently:"Let the dogs bark. It is their nature."The strategies below will save you time, energy, and sanity—and give you a more fulfilling life. Here are Machiavelli's 7 Laws of Psychological Power.Law 1: Your Attention Is Your Most Valuable AssetWithout your attention, time is worthless.Your focus makes your time valuable. If you use your attention to distract yourself—on dramas, bad news, or meaningless content—your time is lost forever. The Rule:Focus only on what matters most to you. Let everything else go.The Question to Ask Constantly:"Does this serve me?"If the answer is no—let it go.Law 2: Silence Is Not Surrender—It Is DominationAttar, the Persian poet, said:"If you have the choice to say too much or too little—say nothing."People will ask stupid questions. They will try to engage you in meaningless conversations. They will attack you, trick you, or demand explanations that don't serve you. They will try to sell you something, offend you, or waste your time. You do not have to engage.I have had enough of all of that. I simply walk away from the situation because I refuse to waste my precious time.Silence is not weakness. Silence is strategy.Law 3: Scarcity Is the Engine of ValueI hate wasting my precious time on useless things or conversations.I want to do my work. I don't want to be interrupted or disturbed. When I choose to speak with people, I want to be relaxed and open. I like to meditate before I communicate. My priorities serve me—and only when I have time do I spend it with others. The Principle:If you signal that you are always available, people will not value your time.If you are scarce, your time becomes valuable.People value what is rare. Do not make yourself cheap.Law 4: The Mind-Bending Power of Non-ReactionNever react. But respond.A reaction is automatic, emotional, and low-level. It comes from fear, anger, or ego.A response is deliberate, adequate, and controlled. It comes from awareness. When you are attacked, abused, or offended:Breathe deeply. In and out.Let it go. Relax your body.If absolutely necessary, give an answer that calms the situation.Otherwise, walk away—or make a joke.A reaction makes you weak. A response makes you powerful.Law 5: Know Who to Cut—and Do It CleanlyWe want to spend our time with family and good friends. That means we must reduce the number of people we interact with.I have done this again and again—and it is such a release of tension. It gave me more freedom. More valuable time. There are three categories of people we do not need:Category Description ActionAdversaries People who are jealous, harmful, tricky, or speak negatively about you behind your back Cut them. Don't engage. Walk away.Chronic Critics The "no-sayers." The complainers. The people who always find fault. Let them go. Skip them.Energy Suckers People who ask for advice but never follow it. Who complain but refuse to change. Who waste your time. Let them go. No time. Finish.Life is too short to carry dead weight.Law 6: Build a Mind That Nobody Can PenetrateDon't let other people trigger your negative emotions. We get upset or sad in certain situations—and we repeat these situations again and again. What to do?Ask yourself: "What does this have to do with me?"Look deeper: Why did this happen? What is the root cause?Breathe into the emotion: Feel it fully. Let it pass through you.Heal the wound: Most triggers are connected to childhood. Do therapy if needed—EFT, Bioenergetics, Primal, whatever works. When you heal the wound, the trigger disappears. No one can penetrate a mind that has made peace with itself.Law 7: Learn to Discriminate—When to Act, When Not ToDon't waste your time on meaningless things.Instead, engage fully in solving the problems that matter most.Examples:Situation ActionYou get bullied Who cares? Don't do anything.People spread bad rumors about you Don't do anything. Be yourself. Ignore it.Someone attacks your character Don't explain. Don't justify. Let your life be your defense. In my life, people have spread bad rumors about me many times.I never defended myself. I never explained. And after some time, the people who believed the rumors needed me—and they apologized.Always ask:"Is my response valuable? Is it necessary?"If not—do nothing. My Video: Machiavelli's 7 Laws of Psychological Power https://youtu.be/MXuzOEiGgOUMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Machiavelli's-7-Laws-of-Psychological-Power.mp3
