We all need spaces where we can get quiet, reflect, recharge, pray, and allow ourselves to put down the chaotic baggage we carry from day to day. These are spaces where we can be vulnerable enough to admit when we’re lost, tired, weak, confused, or just need a break. These spaces are sacred because of the power they hold for our healing and a reverence for that which is greater than ourselves. I had the awesome privilege of joining my good friend Ramona Dallum in her reflective space to record this episode. We spoke about different stages in our lives, what growth looks like and means to us, the importance of allowing ourselves to be who we are authentically, and some of the lessons we’ve learned so far on our journeys through life.
