    Milan maintained control in the first half, and Rafael Leão's stunning overhead kick in the 48th minute made it 2-0.

     

    Despite Fikayo Tomori's 61st-minute red card, Milan stood firm. Roma pulled one back in added time, but Milan secured a deserved 2-1 win.
