Money stress doesn’t always come from “negative thoughts.” Sometimes it comes from math that doesn’t work, wages that don’t match the cost of living, and a nervous system that learned early that one emergency can erase everything. I’m Auntie Robin, and I’m coming to you raw and real after a massive life reset: divorce, selling nearly everything I owned, and spending six months in Scotland to unplug, find myself, and come back stronger even if the “books and ledgers” don’t make it look practical. We start by digging into the first place most of us learn our money mindset: family. I share what it looked like to live on one income, finally build an emergency fund, and still watch savings drain again and again. Then we zoom out to the bigger financial reality, from the shift away from pensions toward 401k plans to the looming questions around Social Security. Annoyed by the Spiritual communities money advice that says your “vibration and you don't believe enough or your to dependent on the outcome” is the problem. Instead, we name what’s actually happening with four types of scarcity: material scarcity, perpetual scarcity, conditional scarcity, and somatic scarcity. By answering a series of question, we can start to develope a game plan. If you’re ready to face your numbers with less shame and more clarity, press play, subscribe, share this with a friend who needs it, and leave a review with the biggest money stress you want us to tackle next.
Sometimes you gotta be adult in the room to say something. Silence = Death.
