We talk of having anxiety and nerves in casting and expectations vs reality in that. Ultimately, we remember to trust the Lord and lean not on your own understanding and the Lord has a perfect plan!

In this episode we discuss our daily rhythms (or routines). We talk about expectations vs. reality, having Grace on ourselves, and practical steps to have a well balanced routine. Most importantly, we talk about including God in our routines and surrendering our whole day to him first thing.
