A new campaign and a new setting!

We offer you as warm a welcome as possible to the world of the Everdark, a land without gods and deities...A place in constant turmoil over control of regions and trade lanes. A world where Queen Minerva rules with an Iron Fist, spending her life in search for the next Great Heir who can wield the arcane magic that created the Everdark... a cold, wretched place that divides the world; no one dares cross it casually for fear of what might happen to them. The Everdark is a blight on this world created during the Dark War when two incredibly powerful Mages collided causing an implosion of divine dark chaos. It has lingered over this country for more than a decade now. The rebellion forces that reside beyond the Everdark long for the day the Queen meets her fate either by their hand or another, but who would be powerful enough?. This world aches in pain and suffering, but where there is darkness, there is always light- an equal and opposite. The question remains- who will find such light first. The party met under forced circumstances, summoned originally by ‘their' Queen to uncover the mystery of missing people in the Forest beyond Senestro. What will this misfit band of reluctant loyalists uncover, will they be the heroes the Rebellion has been waiting for, or will this group spell darkness for the land? Only one way to find out!

In this week's episode, we follow our ragtag group of misfits as they learn what happens when an Archknight travels through The Everdark, as well as what happened to Lyco as entered as well! Interesting events happen when the party passes through and Lyco is faced with a hard choice! Mizzy learns more about her past and leans more on Cross to help her navigate what she has learned!

In this week's session, we follow our group as they chase down Therion and are confronted with Cross's Twin Brother and sister who are altered in some way and are hostile to the group meanwhile Kirby and Lyco were speaking with Nereus about the "miscalculations" and learned some interesting info about Nereus and his motives! Mizzy learns an interesting secret from her past which comes to light in this episode! Hope you enjoy it!

This session was full of apologizes as the new band of adventurers tried to put past disagreements behind them and recover from an intense fight. A long rest seemed far off as the town of Squall's End wasn't done with them yet. Ominous dreams foreshadowed the future for some of the party and a brotherly moment was shared between Kart and Lucien.
