• You Learned to Be Strong Because Falling Apart Wasn't Safe
    2026/05/25

Rapid Manifestation Today with Monica Bravo

Maybe it started when you were very young.

Maybe there was no one to catch you.

    No one to hold you.

No one to caress you when you cried alone in an empty crib or an empty room.

Maybe the adults in your life were struggling themselves, too overwhelmed, too disconnected, too lost in their own survival to find their way to yours.

And so you learned, without anyone ever sitting you down and telling you, that your emotions were too much.

    Too inconvenient.

    Too messy.

Maybe you watched your mother hold everything together. Maybe you watched your father do the same. And without a single word being spoken, you learned that strength meant silence.

That keeping it together was how you earned love.

That falling apart was not an option.

I want to dedicate this episode to my daughter, Gabbie.

Because five to ten years ago, she told me something I wasn't ready to hear.

She told me that she always watched me hold it together — and that, sadly, without me ever meaning to, she learned to hold it together too.

She learned that strength meant silence.

And baby girl — if you're listening to this —

    That is not true.

    It was never true.

    I am here for you.

    I see you.

    I witness you.

And I am so deeply sorry it took me this long to say it out loud.

    I love you.

So many of us learned to cry quietly.

And if someone did come, it was only to tell us to stop.

That it wasn't the right time.

    That they were too busy.

    That we were too much.

    So we stopped.

And somewhere along the way, stopping became our superpower.

    Not feeling became our superpower.

We became the reliable one. The capable one. The good one. The one who handles everything. The woman who shows up — no matter what.

But here is what I know now after years of going underneath the patterns with hundreds of women...

That strength was never your personality.

    It was your protection.

And the little girl who built it deserves to finally be witnessed.

That is what this episode is about.

    In this episode:

    • Why so many high-achieving women learned that strength meant silence
    • How that survival adaptation lives in the body decades later
    • Why understanding your patterns is not the same as releasing them
    • What actually shifts when the original wound is finally witnessed

  • Soul Contracts Break And That's the Point: How to Stop the Loop and Finally Let Go
    2026/05/19

Have you ever known a relationship, friendship, or pattern was over, and still couldn't stop going back? In this episode, Monica Bravo goes deeper than grief and into the spiritual layer underneath the loop: soul contracts.

If you haven't listened to last week's episode on grief and the nervous system, go there first, as this is the next layer.

    Monica breaks down:

    • What soul contracts actually are and why they complete (not fail)
    • Why some contracts break instead of completing cleanly, and what that does to your nervous system
    • The truth about twin flame dynamics and why they can trap you in harmful loops
    • The energetic, spiritual, and subconscious layers Monica clears in her sessions
    • Why willpower will never be enough, and what actually stops the loop

This episode is for the woman who knows better and keeps going back anyway. You are not broken. You are in an incomplete contract — and there is a way through.

  • What Nobody Tells You About Grief and Heartbreak And What It's Doing to Your Nervous System
    2026/05/12

Everyone tells you to move on.

Stay busy. Stay productive. Get distracted.

Nobody tells you that grief is not proof something went wrong.

Nobody tells you that what feels like heartbreak is your nervous system going through actual physiological withdrawal — real, not metaphorical.

And nobody tells you that the love you are grieving was never outside of you.

    It was always yours.

In this raw and personal episode — recorded outside in her backyard from the middle of an experience, not the other side of it — Monica Bravo shares what she is learning inside grief right now. She reads words from her meditation teacher Peter that stopped her completely. She explains what is actually happening in your body during loss. And she guides you through a short somatic breathing practice you can use anywhere when the wave arrives.

This is not about fixing grief or rushing through it.

This is about understanding what grief actually is — and why feeling it fully is one of the most courageous things you can do.

If you are moving through heartbreak, divorce, a friendship ending, the loss of a version of yourself, children growing up, or parents aging — this episode was made for you.

What you will hear in this episode:

Why grief is not proof something went wrong — it is proof your heart opened

What meditation teacher said about heartbreak and surrender that changed everything

Why the love did not leave with the person — it was always inside you

The real science of what happens in your nervous system during loss

Why not feeling is not healing — and what our culture gets wrong about grief

How grief becomes soul retrieval and brings pieces of you back

A guided somatic practice for when the wave arrives

Monica Bravo is a Shamanic Hypnotherapist, Somatic Practitioner, and creator of the Bravo Bliss Method. She is the author of Soul Retrieval: A Journey Out of Depression Into Wholeness. Everything she teaches she has lived first.

  • What Cravings, Anxiety, and Weight Are Actually Telling You
    2026/04/28

Cravings. Anxiety. Weight that won't shift, no matter what you do. These are not failures of discipline or willpower — they are messages from a nervous system trying to protect you from something it learned was dangerous, sometimes decades ago. In this deeply personal episode, Monica Bravo shares her story of using food for self-love and self-soothing in relationships where she didn't feel enough, and explains the exact body-based mechanism behind why these patterns persist even when we understand them intellectually. This episode is for the woman who has done all the work, and something is still there. And for the practitioner who has watched this pattern in her clients and known, quietly, that something hasn't been reached yet.

    In this episode:

    • Why cravings, anxiety, and weight are protection responses — not personality flaws
    • Monica's personal story: using food for self-love during relationships where she didn't feel enough
    • Why some women's bodies literally build weight as armor — and what it means
    • The mechanism: how a nervous system stores a charge and builds a strategy around it
    • Why insight, clearing, and willpower cannot fully release a somatic charge
    • What root-level release actually looks like

If you have ever looked at a client and thought, "there is something here I cannot reach," this episode names that thing.

    In this episode:

    • The full story of the client who came back five times — and what it revealed

  • How Cravings Are Actually Formed (And Why They Feel So Strong)
    2026/03/03

Have you ever had a client look at you and say,
    “I don’t even know why I want it… I just do.”

    That sentence tells us everything.

    Cravings don’t begin with logic.
    They begin with memory.

In this episode, I break down how cravings are actually formed — not from calories, not from lack of discipline, and not from weakness — but from emotional associations stored in the brain and body over years of repetition.

When a client eats chocolate after a stressful call…
When they reach for soda after a long day…
When they binge the same food, at the same time, in the same emotional state…

This happens because the brain has created a “playlist.”
Stress hits → the song plays.
Relief is remembered → the body responds.

    And it feels automatic.

This happens because repetition builds a pathway, and emotional relief becomes associated with food.
This happens because the body is trying to feel safe, and you want to feel connected to something or someone, but use the food as the tool.

And when food becomes the quickest path to safety, comfort, or belonging, the craving feels stronger than logic.

    In this episode, I share:

    • Why cravings are formed through memory and emotional reinforcement
    • How childhood experiences wire comfort eating patterns
    • Why some women unconsciously use food to stay unseen or protected
    • My personal story of using food for safety during difficult seasons of my life
    • The neuroscience behind why cravings feel uncontrollable
    • How changing the meaning of a food collapses the entire pattern

I also explain how I developed a method to interrupt these patterns — not through willpower, daily affirmations, or long-term hypnosis — but through recoding the memory attached to the food so the craving loses its charge.

Imagine life when the charge is gone, and the desire fades.
Imagine when the meaning of food shifts and the behavior follows.
Imagine when the memory changes, the pattern collapses.

    This episode is for:

    Health coaches
    Practitioners
    Healers
    Nurses
    Hypnotherapists
Anyone who feels frustrated watching clients relapse
Anyone who secretly wonders, “Why isn’t this sticking?”

    It’s not a weakness.

    It’s wiring.

    And wiring can be changed.

If this resonates, I invite you to reach out or explore the method linked below. I am sharing more about how this recode protocol works and how you can integrate it into your practice.

Because once you understand how cravings are formed…

You can finally stop fighting them.

  • The Missing Piece in Health And Nutrition Coaching (Why Clients Keep Relapsing)
    2026/02/24

Last week, I shared something that challenged the norm:

I no longer believe it always takes 3–6 months to change behavior.

In this episode, I go deeper.

If meal plans worked then why do we need to keep giving them week after week…
If detoxes create momentum, then why do our clients go back to eating junk after the detoxes are over?
If accountability is important, then why do our clients continually go through the shame spiral?

And....Why do clients still go back to the same food?

Why does the same pattern repeat — often at the same time, with the same trigger, and the same emotion?

After 15+ years as a board-certified health coach, yoga teacher, hypnotherapist, and somatic practitioner, I realized something critical:

Health coaching often focuses on behavior, recipes, and food allergy elimination.

But cravings are formed at the memory level.

    In this episode, I share:

    • Why clients relapse after detoxes because of old memories
    • The “path in the grass” metaphor that explains automatic habits
    • How emotional relief gets attached to specific foods
    • My own struggle with French fries and white-knuckling discipline
    • The moment I realized discipline wasn’t the issue
    • Why pattern interruption is the missing layer in the coaching industry
    • How ancient wisdom + neuroscience changed my approach

    If you’ve ever wondered:

“Why isn’t this sticking for my clients or me?”
“What am I missing since my clients keep sabotaging themselves?”
    “Am I a bad coach?”

You are not alone. You’re not missing willpower.

You’re missing the pattern interruption. The recoding.

Next week, I’ll break down how cravings are actually formed in the brain — and why changing one key element can collapse the entire pattern.

    In This Episode You’ll Learn:

    • Why is behavior the last step in the change process
    • How repetition creates automatic “paths” in the brain
    • Why white-knuckling never creates lasting freedom
    • The emotional layer beneath recurring cravings
    • How combining yoga, hypnosis, somatic work, and energetic healing creates faster results

For Health, Nurtirion And Wellness Coaches & Practitioners

If this episode stirred something in you — pay attention to that.

There is a deeper way to support clients.

And over the next few episodes, I’ll continue unpacking the layer most coaching programs never teach.
