In this episode Tony talks about energies that don't have your direct permission to be a part of your life yet they are not addressed and end up staying. When someone breaks into your home you do something about it right away. When a nuisance energy enters your aura we tend to not do anything to make it leave. If someone told you you are worthless and you say nothing that energy of having no value ends up staying in your body. You will go through years just complaining about the energy before you end up letting it go as it is too much hang onto.

Spirit relays through Tony that we all pick up various energies that is not good for us but the main idea is to know what to do and how to clear that energy so it stops making you a target. In this episode Tony continues the energy of colours and how we can add colour to paint in the smallest way to create different energies in a room even though it will not visibly change the colour. It can still look white but has elements of other colours to do what we want it to do. Tony talks about the effects it has even though we can't see it.

Not only is it a chakra energy but colors can be used for healing. Tony mentions more about color breathing is used to get a deeper sense of working through practically everything including trauma. Using color as an additional strategy to find balance in yourself.

In this episode Tony covers the importance of relationships. The first relationship we ever get is the connection to our mothers. We are biologically attached to our mother for the first 9 months of life. We learn to coexist with another life being fully dependent on them. Once we are born our journey evolves to more of a self-sustaining life where we learn to solve our own problems and working through the dynamics of relationships are part of our journey. The most important one is the one with yourself.

With the proper boundaries and a willingness to give creating good healthy relationships is a beautiful skill to master. However, many have challenges in relationships for many reasons and Tony gives several examples of what breakdown relationships. In this episode Tony channels the importance of movement to any degree. We are told often to move our bodies, move to a higher level in your career, move your money, etc. because this is the essence of growth. Spirit highlights the consequences of deciding not to move or letting things in our lives go into stagnation including our willingness to learn new techniques and concepts. In this episode Tony channels how Spirit sees Perseverance. The ability to keep going despite all clear physical evidences to quit and give up. There is great power to letting people struggle and persist. It does more than build character. It also builds discipline to those that are watching. A parent that is patient when witnessing their kids tie their shoes for the first time is frustrating to some degree for those watching because they can do it in seconds. Letting the people we care about to go through the process of persisting again and again is vital.

Spirit shows us several examples on taking shortcuts that is convenient for us yet disables others to do even the simplest tasks.
