Tony Gyenis channels spirit's message that it is all about connecting to your own inner being. This is all about listening to another set of voices instead of responding like a robot and not question anything. It is only in the unknown that your inner voice of spirit will guide you. If you want to connect you will be guided yet many don't listen to such things. When you hear "If you can't see something it does not exist" is the belief.

Tony explains the difficulty for many people to find this level of "stillness" or emptiness in their experience. It is mainly because we are trying too hard and several examples will demonstrate this. It does take practice as we have been conditioned to do and look at life as a checklist of things to do rather than just be who you are. A special meditation was created just for this class to help people get into this stillness mode or zone because that is where spirit and your Creator is.

In the part 2 segment Spirit wants us to stop trying and not use effort to advance your consciousness. It is time for you to release and let the light carry you more. For those of you who have been working on themselves reading books on ascension, meditating, using crystals to help with your frequencies to rise...take a breath. You are exactly where you need to be.

Get into the habit of being still in nature, in parks, meadows, at rivers, lakes or ocean and be in that environment as it is a part of you for you to discover. You will only feel you are a part of this vast Earth if you learn stillness. Discover more answers in this podcast.

Even just looking for more. Spirit includes a few mind set and verbal self-language that will help you stay in that powerful energy.
