  • Giving Yourself Permission to Pause and Re-Evaluate What's Best for You | Ep. 82

    Do you know the last time you truly checked in with yourself? Questioned why you're doing things in your business and the way you're doing them?

    What about taking a break?

    I realized it's time for me to give myself permission to pause, step back, and re-evaluate, and truly embrace the season I'm in right now because we are not meant to be machines and be on 24/7, and that is definitely not my definition of success or freedom.

    People say "consistency is key" but is pushing through just to be consistent worth it when you're feeling burnt out and misaligned? 

    This episode shares more about why I'm pausing, stepping back to release pressure and how important it is to give ourselves a strategic pause to refocus and recharge.

    I also want to let everything I've already created breathe and work for me. It's so easy to get caught up in go mode and producing all of the time that we aren't realizing how much has already been put out in the world, and I think it's time to normalize that it's most likely already more than enough.

    In today's episode, we dive into the concept of allowing yourself to take a break, step back, and reevaluate what's working and what's not so you can re-align and live a fulfilled and balanced life.

    I also talk about prioritizing self-care,  breaking the cycle of constant activity and tying our worth into our productivity and achievements.

    In today’s episode, I talk with Natalie Ryan Hebert about how to stop denying your soul’s purpose or calling and take charge of your life.

    So many people believe that in order to change our lives, it must be done consciously that way we are aware of it. But truly, to manifest a different life, we must change our belief systems at a subconscious level to make it stick.

    Natalie shares how to stop playing small if you’re being called for more. Becoming aware of what is holding us back - whether it’s fear of judgement, fear of being seen, fear of success, or another common fear of many - and start living life for yourself.

    We also discuss how to make a move without knowing the answer first, having trust in yourself, and connecting with your intuition and deeper knowing. 

    Do you know if you’re listening to your body? Natalie’s body was showing her signs of sickness and stress that she was not paying attention to and she shares how to started listening and receiving answers. 

    Natalie poses the dilemma of what is the cost of our life vs. what we’re being paid for it, coming across upper limits, shedding old skin, going to the root cause, and navigating cognitive dissonance.

  • How to Listen to the Signals from Our Body To Prevent Burnout with Charlene Gisele | Ep. 80

    In today’s episode, I talk with Charlene Gisele, a Burnout Advisor, about how to notice if you’re experiencing burnout, how to take care of it and how to prevent it from happening again or ever.

    Charlene shares her story about going from being a high-paced lawyer to a Burnout Advisor by having no sense of boundaries, saying no to self care, experiencing chronic anxiety, stress, and insomnia, and watching her dad go through a close to death moment due to burnout.

    Do you feel your body is sending you signals, but you aren’t listening because you don’t have the time? Charlene tells us that the signals get louder if we’re not listening, urges us to not wait for a life or death moment to slow down, and explains why alignment is so important when navigating these experiences.

    We go through the six pillars of noticing burnout, which pillars you may be neglecting, where you can start in slowing down, and how to look out for excuses you may be making that are holding you back. The language you use is so powerful!

    Charlene asks you to take a look at what mask is behind the mask of “busy-ness.” Is it a bad relationship you don’t want to deal with? An obligation to your health that you’re not paying attention to? Or maybe avoiding the feeling of “not being good enough?”

    She gives tips on how to approach your work proactively and preventatively, realigning your values, and how to stay consistent with your new way of being.
