  • Bonus Episode: Punch the Line’s Official Theme Song, Meet Me There by THE DRIVE
    2026/07/11

Before Punch The Line launches, hear from the Creator and listen to the song that sets the stage.

This special bonus release features “Meet Me There,” the official theme song created specifically for Punch The Line by the DRIVE.

Punch The Line is an upcoming eight-episode fictional teen dramedy created, directed, and produced by Paul Roland. Set in South Orange County, the series follows a high school competitive improv team fighting to save their drama department, face their fears, and find their voice when everything is on the line.

Roland previously wrote and directed the indie feature film EXEMPLUM, shot during the COVID-19 pandemic on a $10,000 budget with a tiny crew and filmed over seven weekends. The film went on to earn festival recognition, including Best Director at the Pasadena International Film Festival, secure distribution through IndieRights, and build a following on platforms including Tubi, Vimeo, and Google Play.

Now, with Punch The Line, Roland brings that same independent spirit to a coming-of-age audio series full of heart, humor, pressure, friendship, rivalry, and the wild energy of live improv.

Written specifically for the podcast, “Meet Me There” gives the series its own anthem before the first episode drops — capturing the emotional, rebellious, and hopeful spirit of a team trying to create its moment.
