    Generating recruiting leads is where the Profit Share Sites system takes over and does the work for you, from converting traffic driven directly to the Join Form into a self-segmented recruiting leads. From there, the lead is put down an automated path that pushes them to the next most logical step for the stage they're in, nurturing them along the way.

    We've found that there are really only three types of recruiting leads for real estate agents. The first is Not in School (or "NS" as we like to refer to them). These are people who raise their hand and note their interest in a career in real estate, but have not yet taken steps to get licensed. Next are the In School (or "IS") leads. These leads are enrolled in school but have not yet become a fully licensed agent. Finally there are the licensed agent (or "EX") leads, who have their license and are either brand new to the industry or a seasoned agent.

    How you communicate with each is different, and the automations within the system are tailored to each types unique needs. In this chapter, we share how it all works, and how the automations nurture each type of lead.
