  • p.s. with precious: Michelle Sparks Edition
    2026/06/07

I had such an amazing time interviewing Michelle Sparks on our last p.s. with precious.

We talked about her early years, her time working in the film industry, and the journey that led her to becoming a full-time voice actor. Michelle was thoughtful, prepared, and incredibly genuine in every response she shared.

One of my favorite parts of these conversations is getting to know the person behind the microphone, and it was truly a delight learning more about Michelle. I'm so grateful she took the time to join me, and the audiobook industry is lucky to have someone with her talent, professionalism, and heart.

Thank you, Michelle, for spending the evening with us! 🎙️✨

  • Tale of Two Book Recs
    2026/05/21

Megs All Things Bookish recommended Gus by Kim Holden me, and I recommended Atlas by @authordjkrimmer to her. What followed was one of the most fun, meaningful conversations I’ve had in this community.

We were incredibly lucky that Kim Holden, DJ Krimmer, Alex Kid and @TheRealJoeArden all said yes to joining us live to talk about these stories and performances.

I loved getting to talk with Kim Holden and Alex Kydd about the emotional impact of Gus, and it was just as special watching Megs talk with DJ Krimmer and Joe Arden about one of her new favorite books, Atlas.

THIS is what the book community should be about.

Reading books. Loving books. Recommending books.

And appreciating the people behind them — the authors, voice actors, producers, and everyone else who helps bring these stories to life.

Thank you to everyone who joined us live.

  • Interviewing the Interviewers
    2026/01/31

    Welcome to Interviewing the Interviewers

In this live conversation, I sit down with fellow hosts from the book and audiobook community to flip the script and put them in the hot seat. These are the people who regularly interview authors and voice actors, build reader- and listener-focused spaces, and help amplify stories we all love—so this time, the focus is on their journeys, their experiences, and what it’s really like to be on this side of the screen.

This live is all about connection, community, and honesty. We talk about how we got started, what surprised us along the way, the challenges of hosting lives, and the joy that comes from building relationships in the book world. It’s relaxed, conversational, and filled with the kind of moments that only happen when people who truly love books come together.

As a fun twist, we also invited authors and voice actors we’ve connected with to pop in and ask us a question—because community goes both ways.

Special thanks to all the incredible ladies who joined me:

    @audiobookspotlight · @_readingWhileWet · @MoonlitMarginsSisterhood · @Lisa_Lou_Reads · @meg_allthingsbookish]

And a huge thank you to the authors and voice actors who popped in and added to the conversation:

Savannah Thomas · James Cassidy · Ruby Darling · Henry Kramer · Robb Moreira · Cedar James · Troy Duran

Whether you’re a reader, listener, content creator, or just someone who loves seeing how the book world connects behind the scenes, I’m so glad you’re here.

Thanks for watching, supporting, and being part of this community.
