Wednesday, May 3rd, 2025 guest, Roberto Cansella, is a shining example of resilience, transformation, and purpose.
Roberto’s journey began in a quiet, humble town in Sardinia, Italy, where he grew up surrounded by simple beauty, close community, and the deep rhythms of nature. But at just 14 years old, his world was forever changed when he lost his father to cardiac arrest. That loss became the first crack in the shell of his childhood, a wound that would later open into profound personal discovery.
Over the years, Roberto walked a path marked by three pivotal breakthroughs, moments that challenged him, changed him, and ultimately awakened him to a greater sense of purpose. Through these experiences, he not only found healing, but also unearthed a deep desire to help others thrive in body, mind, and spirit.
A former boxer, Roberto carries the heart of a fighter, but not in the way we typically imagine. His strength is matched by compassion, discipline by empathy, and grit by grace. His evolution from the boxing ring to the healing space led him to become a movement specialist, master health coach, lifestyle coach, and personal trainer. Today, he empowers others not just to move their bodies, but to move toward lives that feel more whole, meaningful, and vibrant.
Now living and working in Dublin, Ireland, Roberto has found a place where his talents flourish and his heart feels at home. He’s built a beautiful life in a new land, one where joy, passion, and purpose are part of his every day.
Roberto’s story is one of transformation, not just of body, but of soul. It’s a story of loss becoming light, of pain becoming power, and of a young boy from Sardinia becoming a man who helps others rediscover their strength.
You won’t want to miss this heartfelt conversation filled with insight, courage, and inspiration.
