Everest Trek Day 6: Altitude, Ice, & The Coldest Night Yet! 🏔️❄️
Day 6 of the Everest Base Camp Trek, and things are getting REAL. Waking up in Dingboche at 4,400m (14,435 ft), the altitude is hitting hard, and the cold? Brutal. My phone is frozen, my power bank is dead, and my water bottle is my only source of warmth.
