    Neill Marshall is an executive search veteran with more than 30 years of experience. He has been involved in more than 600 senior-level assignments. In 2017 Neill was part of a co-founding firm of HealthSearch Partners and currently serves as Board Chair.

    Previously, he held leadership roles with several major executive search firms including Witt/Kieffer in Dallas. A serial entrepreneur, he started two executive search firms, Marshall Koll & Associates and Southerland Partners, that specialized in recruiting leaders for healthcare organizations. These firms conducted hundreds of successful searches for leading healthcare organizations.

    Neill has also served as Director of Marketing for Merritt, Hawkins & Associates, the nation’s largest physician search firm.

    Kurt Mosley is an Associations Practice Leader for HealthSearch Partners. In this role he brings his extensive experience and deep understanding of the evolving healthcare system to partner with a variety of healthcare and medical associations representing a variety of constituencies including hospitals, health systems, physicians and others, to help them find leaders who are dedicated to their success and that of their members.

    Kurt's expertise has been acknowledged in reputable publications, including USA Today, U.S. News & World Report, Modern Healthcare, Hospitals & Health Networks, HealthLeaders, Medial Economics, and many others.

    Dr. Maheen Mausoof Adamson is a Clinical Professor of Neurosurgery (Affiliated) at Stanford School of Medicine, Director of Research for Women's Operational Military Exposure Network Center of Excellence (WOMENCOE), and Senior Scientist for Rehabilitation Services at VA Palo Alto Healthcare System.

    Adamson completed her undergraduate degrees in neurobiology and women's studies at the University of California, Irvine.

    She completed her Ph.D. in neuroscience from the University of Southern California and a postdoctoral fellowship in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford School of Medicine.

    She also has a Masters in Healthcare Leadership from the School of Public Health from Brown University and is a faculty fellow for Stanford Byers Biodesign Program.

    In addition, Dr. Adamson is a CEO and founder of her digital health startup Soof Solutions Inc which uses eye tracking for communication in individuals lacking the power of speech.

  • Joshua Hartzell, MD, MS-HPEd, FACP, FIDSA is a Certified Executive Coach Author of A Prescription for Caring in Healthcare Leadership: Building a Culture of Compassion and Excellence

    Joshua D. Hartzell, MD, MS-HPEd, FACP, FIDSA is a retired Army Colonel who spent 25 years in military medicine.

    Dr. Hartzell has held numerous leadership positions throughout his career including being Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency and Assistant Chief of Graduate Medical Education at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and Assistant Dean for Faculty Development at the Uniformed Services University.

    He deployed as a Battalion Surgeon with the 82nd Airborne Division to Afghanistan. A practicing Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases Physician, he has devoted the last decade to developing leaders training and teaching thousands of students, residents, and faculty within healthcare.

    Dr. Hartzell has delivered over 100 talks on leadership development and has written numerous papers on the topic. He combined his years of boots on the ground leading in medicine with his research to teach other leaders practical strategies about how to sharpen their leadership skills in his book, A Prescription for Caring in Healthcare Leadership: Building a Culture of Compassion and Excellence.
