Shelia started local grieving non-profit Companions on a Journey in 1997 after losing her husband to a 10 yr battle with a rare form of cancer at 39 yrs old. She was 37 and a newly widowed mother who knew she was being called into action. What she heard was to start COJ - Companions on a Journey and help those grieving in need. Today I am talking with Sean Walsh and Frank DeJulius about the first ever urban triathlon in our city- The Queen City Tri!! A passion project of Sean's and getting Frank involved with Fleet Feet it all just came together beautifully. Sunday June 22nd it is and its gonna be a TIME!!!!
